Pros: Nice apartment and very comfortable and well equipped. A 10 minute walk to the city centre or to the harbour area. Nice is a very beautiful city to visit and we will definitely return.

Cons: Key collection office was a 30 minute walk from the apartment and we were advised could only be at 16.00

Pros: Very nice studio, well equipped. Close to the port and in the center of Nice. Very comfortable.

Pros: The apartment was the same as the photos. Rue Smolett is perfectly located, close to Aldi or other food stores. Tram, and also, it's an easy walk to anywhere in Nice. Perfectly located near restaurants, bars, cafes, and local amenities. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Having an oven was a bonus. Really enjoyed our 2 weeks there.

Cons: Would have liked the doors on the balcony to be completely open. They got stuck on the tiles.

Excellent stay in Nice

Pros: It was easy to pick up the keys and arrive at the property. We loved everything about the property. It was clean and tidy and very very comfortable. It is close to supermarkets and tram station and about 20 min walk to Nice old town. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay and made many memories!

Pros: Central location with easy access to trams, buses and trains all of which we used. It also provided us with a very comfortable and reasonably priced base from which we could walk to the beach, promenades and local shops for supplies. We had fabulous weather and enjoyed the Christmas atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

Pros: Loved the apartment, beautiful and clean. Had everything you will probably need during your stay. Its modern and well equipped and very close to supermarket, station, main attractions are walking distance. Staff was very responsive!

Cons: One major dislike was picking key from somewhere else as a tourist its very difficult coming from one station with luggage to pick key and then go to apartment- our uber driver costed us alot to do that. Wish they can install a lockbox in the actual apartment. Second is, toilet paper- they only gave couple of rolls of tp during our 4 days stay for 2 people- was quite a stretch. Can improve on this :)

Nice apartment

Pros: We had a great stay at this apartment in Nice. The location is really convenient—close to the city centre, the train station, shops, restaurants, the market, and even the seafront. It made getting around and exploring super easy. The space was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed and living room furniture weren’t the most comfortable, but it was manageable and didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed being there. Overall, it was a great spot and a solid base for exploring Nice and the surrounding area.
