Pros: A very kind and attentive host. The apartment is comfortable and convenient. Everything was perfect. I would happily stay here again.

Simple, comfortable stay for a couple of nights.

Pros: The host met us on our arrival and showed us into the property. Excellent location right on the Promenade A short 10 minute walk into the Old Town, 20 minutes to the Port, the bus to Monaco, Mote Carlo and the Tram to Nice Airport.

Good value for money if you want to stay a few days in Nice.

Pros: Very close to the sea, good for solo traveller or couple

Best Place to Stay in Nice!

Pros: Excellent location. Place inside was exceptional with all the comforts and more. Plenty of space! Coffee machine on hand and some treats was very welcoming. Thank you for a top stay. Will absolutely book again if back in Nice.

Pros: Great location. There is a beach right across the street, close to the city center. Great value for the price. Right next to the parking lot. Easy to reach the host by text or phone call. Enough space for a couple and two full size luggage even after spread the sofa bed out. Well equiped, including a beach parasole. It will be better if there's AC, but the ceiling fan worked for us.

Cons: sewage smell in the bathroom, and even in the water from the shower nozzle. Toilet flush is weak. It might be better to have a door at shower booth. Its quite small and had difficulty keeping the bathroom floor dry. However, was not a big deal for us considering the price we paid in a high season.

Good location for exploring the area, quiet area, easy access, sufficient facilities.

Pros: The information was not complete. After several unsuccessful attempts, I contacted the owner who responded promptly and provided the correct code.

Cons: Taking possession of the keys to the apartment.

Awesome stay, perfect location.

Pros: Place is great and has everything you need for a stay. Also I really liked the location as you're 2 minutes away from the beach if you go out in the front, and in the back there are lots of bakeries, restaurants stores. It couldn't have been positioned better in my opinion. Laurent, the host, is also super nice and very responsive.

Cons: The only thing which was a bit inconvenient, was that it's not up to the apartment to turn up the heat, but to the whole building. So the heat in the whole building was stopped from 1st May onward so if you get cold easily this should be something to consider. Even so Laurent was nice enough to provide a small radiator which helped.

Lovely Stay in the Centre of Nice

Pros: Location was great 2 minutes walk from the beach and front and less than 10 minutes from Nice Old Town with lots of place to eat nearby

Cons: Some of the lights were out in the apartment but other than this nothing to dislike
