Charmant 2 pièces au cœur de St Jean Cap Ferrat

A comfortable place to stay, just like home

Pros: It was a cozy, homey accommodation, just like the photos. It was the most comfortable place I stayed during my two-week trip.

Cons: The only downside is that the bathroom door is open because it's humid, and the screen is flimsy, which makes me a little uneasy. However, since it's a semi-basement, you can only see a person's feet and hardly anyone walks around, so it seems safe.

Would recommend as location and facilities are great for a short stay

Pros: Great location and had a nice outdoor area. Kitchen was new and meant we could cook while we stayed. Felt very homey.

Cons: Only bathroom was an ensuite so for the person staying on the couch you had to walk through the other person’s room

Nice and comfortable

Pros: Very nice apartment in the center of St Jean Cap Ferrat. Walking distance from several beaches and from the harbour. The property has also a private garage which is essential in St Jean where is difficult to park.

Pros: La localisation, l'accès à un parking à proximité de la Location. Très bon accueil des hôtes. Location très bien équipée.

Parfait pour visiter Saint Jean quelques jours

Pros: l'emplacement près du port et des commerces de Saint Jean Cap ferrat. Ballade autour de la presqu'ile via le chemin de ronde magnifique. Possibilité de tout faire à pied. Ligne de bus à quelques mètres pour rejoindre Nice ou la gare de Beaulieu sur mer. Le logement est très propre, très bien équipé et calme.

Cons: L'appartement est aménagé dans un ancien garage, au rez de chaussée de la maison des propriétaires (très discrets), il est donc peu lumineux.

Pros: Awesome location a block from harbor, cafes and shops. Also 10 minute walk to beach! Very clean and comfortable. Hostess was there to greet us and answer questions about apartment and area.

Pros: O apartamento é bem equipado e com ótima localização! E, voce pode contar com estacionamento, que é raro em Cap Ferrat.

Pros: La host e suo marito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. La casa è esattamente come nelle foto, pulita e con tutto ciò che può servire durante il soggiorno, dalla cucina al bagno.

Très bon séjour !!

Pros: Notre hôte a été très arrangeante pour notre arrivée. Elle nous a très bien expliqué l'accès au parking et à l'appartement par téléphone puis nous a très bien accueilli à l'arrivée. L'appartement est très bien situé au centre de Saint Jean Cap Ferrat avec plage, restaurant, port à 5min à pied, dans un quartier très calme. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé, avec climatisation.

Wonderful stay in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat!

Pros: Apartment is newly renovated, very clean, and located right in the heart of town. Walkable to everything on the peninsula. Secure parking is in a garage around the corner, which is very helpful in such a place with little available parking. Air conditioning is very effective in both rooms. The provided toiletries are very nice. The host lives in the house upstairs and was very kind, attentive, and responsive, while also allowing us privacy. The area is gorgeous. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
