Pros: Excellent location with the sun riding and setting over the sea across the promenade des anglais.

Cons: You need to have a small car or manoeuvring in and out of the garage will be hard.

Pros: Beautiful, nicely redecorated appartment, and a very kind host. The view is amazing. The sea and the beach entrance is right in front of the appartment (2min walk). Well equipped appartment. Good location regarding public transport.

Cons: The noise in the evening, there are busy roads on sides of the appartment, however it is managable and well worth for the view and good location. Check in is personal(times are limited) but it is fine if you pay attention to this.

Cons: le parking est très étroite, c'était une source de stresse pour y rentrer et sortir à chaque fois.

Endroit idéal à Nice - je recommande fortement

Pros: La gentillesse de notre hôte à notre arrivée. Très aidante. Nous avions une voiture trop grande pour la capacité du garage, Natalia a pris le temps de pus aider à trouver un stationnement avec les directives. L’appartement est moderne, très propre, bien situé (littéralement face a la mer), le centre ville est accessible à pied ou par le train. L’appartement comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin durant votre séjour, y compris les serviettes de plage et les chaises de plages. Vous n’avez qu’à traverser la Promenade des Anglais pour aller profiter de la mer. Vraiment, endroit idéal pour un séjour à Nice.

Cons: Absolument rien. Tout était parfait!

Pros: Veľmi pekný čistý priestranný a dobre vybavený apartmán s krásnym výhľadom na more. Majiteľka je veľmi príjemná pani. Lokalita je vynikajúca. Parkovanie je v podzemnej garáži, do ktorej je prístup výťahom na autá, Max. nosnosť 1800 kg. Batožinu treba vyložiť vopred, ak by mala byť prekročená Max. nosnosť.

Pros: Абсолютный восторг! Красиво, чисто, уютно, все с иголочки, полностью оснащено, есть даже самые необходимые продукты питания, как соль, сахар, масло и кофе. Очень гибкие и отзывчивые хозяева, есть стиралка, сушилка, полностью оснащённая туалетная комната, кухня и столовая. Вид и местоположение - невероятные! Обязательно вернемся снова!
