Pros: We got what we wanted: Close to the airport, easy connection with tramway, beach across the street. Excellent connection with city center. Very friendly host offered us compensation because of works at the building (not works in her apartment), we arrived late, nearby shop was closed, helped us to get some food and water.

Great location for summers day
Pros: Location was perfect for the beach and to the city of Nice. Everything was near. The hose Nadine was absolutely amazing so helpful and gave us tips for the trains and the restaurants near by.
Cons: The only thing I have to say is to make the next people prepared that one bedroom has no curtains and there is one street right outside the window so you will need a sleeping mask. The pillows weren’t the most comfortable as I do suffer from neck issues but other than that I can’t fault the apartment.

Lovely Apartment and Great Location
Pros: We had a great holiday in Nice. Really enjoyed the stay in this lovely apartment. The information from Nadine the owner beforehand and the welcome from Florence on arrival were both first rate. The nearby tram stop makes it very easy to arrive from the airport and also to make trips to the centre of Nice too. Will miss the amazing view from the apartment and the atmosphere of Nice in general.

Beautiful view
Pros: We liked the location and the view very much. This is a very nicely renovated apartment with a beautiful view. Moreover the host was very friendly.
Cons: There was a canalisation smell in the apartment. And it was weird that we had to give a 500 Euro deposit in cash without any documentation. We received it back without any issue, but we still expected it to be managed in a more formal way.

Чудовий відпочинок у Ніцці
Pros: Гарні апартаменти з чудовим видом на набережну та море. Хороший ремонт. Платна громадська парковка біля будинку, майже завжди знаходив місце поруч з апартаментами. Не вистачало дрібниць: капсул для кавоварки, таблеток для посудомийки, пакетів для мусору та туалетного паперу

Vraiment superbe endroit.
Pros: Tout sauf ce qui est dans ce que nous n’avons pas aimé. Location que nous suggérons à tous pour votre séjour. Très bien situé à côté d’une station du tramway. Nous y retournerions sans hésitation.
Cons: On aurait aimer savoir à l’avance qu’on devait apporter nos produits de douches et papier de toilette alors que dans les 4 autres logements de notre voyage c’était offert pour toute la durée du séjour. Le fait que l’on doivent laisser un dépôt de 500 euros en argent liquide comme garantie. Un peu bruyant avec la circulation à proximité lorsque nous sommes sur le balcon.

Krásná dovolená
Pros: Byt byl čistý,cítili jsme se zde bezpečně.Není až tak úplně v centru dění, což nám vyhovovalo,neb zde byl klid.Krásná pláž hned proti domu.Zastávka tramvaje za domem.Když se dětem nechtělo pěšky do centra,využili jsme.Ale došli jsme i procházkou.Moc se nám zde líbilo.Pro 2 dospělé a 3 děti ubytování v pohodě.
Cons: Parkování.Před domem můžete parkovat,ale musíte každé 2 hodiny prodlužovat parkovné.S aplikací to jde i na cestách,ale musíte na to pořád myslet.Příště bychom si připlatili za hotelové parkování kousek odtud,což nám Nadine dopředu naɓídla.Naše chyba,že jsme nevyužili.

Pros: Super emplacement, appartement traversant, exposition sud, très bien meublé et agencé. Vue imprenable sur la promenade des anglais; tram et commodités au pied de l'immeuble. Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil.
