This property is recommendable.

Pros: The location is very good. The owner is accommodating. Right next to the tram, the beach is just across the street, the airport is like 9 minutes away and there was a small grocery beside the property. Nothing to ask for.

Cons: The portable aircondition in one of the bedroom’s isn’t functioning well. But they have a lot of ventilators.

Pros: Prachtige locatie. Metrohalte is voor de deur, dus makkelijk met OV overal naar toe te gaan. Appartement is goed geïsoleerd, dus geen last van lawaai. Appartement is voorzien van letterlijk alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel schoon. Vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Prachtige zeezicht en binnen 2 min zit je op de strand.

Pros: Отличное месторасположение, большая площадь, чисто. Все было отлично.

Cons: Очень слабый кондиционер, было жарко и из-за этого не комфортно. По обе стороны проезжие улицы, немного шумно.

Pros: Je tiens à exprimer ma satisfaction concernant mon séjour dans cet appartement. J'ai apprécié la qualité du logement, son emplacement à deux pas de la plage, ainsi que l'efficacité de la gestion par les propriétaires. Cependant, les lits ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce logement et le manque de climatisation dans les chambres les rend inhabitables en cette fin juillet. Concernant le parking, il faut le réserver à l'avance moyennant un supplément, sinon il est un peu compliqué de trouver des places gratuites. Globalement, si j'ai l'intention de revenir à Nice, je choisirais à nouveau ce logement.
