Le Copacabana Riviera

Pros: Stunning view from the balcony. Tram just outside the building, good location. By foot ca 50 minutes walk to downtown on the Promenade des Anglais. Enough space, good beds, shutters to make rooms completely dark. Well equipped, but only 1 pot and 2 pans. We loved it and would definitely book it again.

Cons: Parking is not included so you need to find and pay it on the street or in a public garage.

Excellent stay

Pros: The apartment was first class situated 2 doors from The Radisson Blu and across the road from the promenade.

Comfortable and convenient

Pros: Convenient and accessible. Spacious. Great views of the sea from the apartment

Cons: Amenities like shampoo and shower gel were not sufficient. 2 tiny bottles for family of 4 for 2 nights. Another trash bag would have been good. There was aircon in the living room but none in the bedrooms . It was stuffy having to rely on the small fans provided. There was road noise in the front and tram noise at the back. Not so ideal if one is a light sleeper

Delicate and clean beachfront apartment superbly located

Pros: Beachfront property with livingroom and small balcony overlooking the beach, the promenade and sunrise. Air condition saved us! Crisp, clean and tidy. Comfortable for 4 adults. Great bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Host replies quickly. Ample information in advance. Internett great. Great noise insulation from outside traffic. Limited parking outside but easy access to transport, incl electric bicycles. Bring swimming shoes for the rolling stone beach.

Cons: The place was not ready upon agreed arrival. One bedroom quite small making storing suitcases difficult. Small balcony. One very uncomfortable lounge chair. No info about location of nearest conveniance shop.

Pros: Good location - a long but nice walk from town, or just a quick ride on a tram to town and to the airport. Very convenient for a weekend getaway!

Beautiful, spacious beachfront apartment

Pros: Really beautiful, spacious apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent kitchen. Perfect for a couple or family. Location was great, on the Boulevard des Anglais across from the beach. It’s a bit out of the centre of Nice and the old town but easy to get in on the metro. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a more spacious apartment near the beach.

Cons: The late check in time and nowhere to store luggage meant we ended up paying for luggage storage so we could explore Nice while we waited.

Lovely apartment, perfect for exploring Nice and the French Riviera

Pros: Location is fantastic. Right across the road from the beach and very close to transport links (metro 2 min walk, bus 2 min walk). Lovely apartment with everything you need. Balcony was fantastic and lovely view!

Cons: Could have been more bedding - we didn't need the sofa bed but if we had used it, we may have needed some more bedding.

Pros: Charming, cosy apartment close to the beach, shops, transportation. Tony is a great host! Would love to come back ASAP.
