Overall good experience and value for the size of the property.

Pros: It was spacious for our group Of six. Very close to the sea, bars, restaurants in the Old Town. Perfect location!

Cons: The beds.

Cons: Соседка с нижнего этажа в 6 часов вечера пришла с жалобой, что наши дети сильно шумят и мешают ей заснуть. Нужно было помыть за собой посуду и вынести мусор.

The old town center of Nice is just great fun, and this apartment was perfect for exploring it.

Pros: This place was in the very heart of old town Nice and just minutes from the sea, the tram, shopping, dozens of restaurants, and a good grocery store. The apartment was big and well-equipped. Although it was quite modern inside, it was in an ancient building with a very old entrance on a tiny little street. We really liked that. At night out little street turned into a bustling assortment of cafe's and restaurants. There were lots of tourists from all over, and we loved the vibe. We always felt safe and at ease. The public beach nearby was clean and not too crowded. Our teenagers had a great time there.

Cons: One of the bedrooms had a window that wouldn't close all the way, so it was noisy and a bit hot in that one room. i'm guessing the owner will have fixed that by now. All else was great.
