Amazing stay on promenade des anglais

Pros: Fantastic location and view, host was very responsive and very clear instructions, the flat was very modern and clean, bright and airy and a very comfortable modern bed. The balcony is fantastic to sit and eat and enjoy the view. We would stay again!!

Cons: Lift is a bit small up to the flat. There is no AC in the lounge/kitchen - but there is a fan and good breeze if you open both window on both sides of the flat. There's AC in the bedroom too.

Extraordinary holiday spot

Pros: To start with the view from the balcony- it is just amazing. You just have to cross the street and you are at the beach. The apartment is really well equipped (it has everything for making meals, as well as a dishwasher, laundry machine, coffee maker) and within a few minute walk to two supermarkets and a few bakeries. The tram stop is just outside the building and there is also a bus stop nearby. The self check in/out was really easy and super quick. The owner is really kind, very helpful and responsive. The bed was really comfortable and the bedroom has a Smart TV, and there are also two balconies. The shower is huge. We loved the stay and we will absolutely come back next year.
