Amazing view and great host
Pros: The view was spectacular! Communication with host was great, she was super helpful and understanding. We were allowed to check in earlier and leave later. My friends loved the view and location.
Cons: All was good.

Stunning views and great location
Pros: The view is stunning and the location is great. 15min from the airport by tram, 15min by tram to the old town. The tram is on your door step and so is the beach. There beach clubs on the beach and lots to do.
Cons: The facilities are good too, the only thing is… it’s such a lovely place and has so much potential, just need a deep deep spring clean in the furniture like chairs and couch, the bedroom bed needs a better mattress, the shower a small fix and the balcony deserved nicer furniture. You can fit four adults if the mattress in the bedroom were replaced. Other than that… honestly… it’s a great place and I would stay there again.

Pleasant long weekend
Pros: It was OK altogether, however yes, I have to agree with some previous comments that the flat is a little bit too small for a family. The sleeping place was not that comfortable for two adults - forget it, if you are taller than 180 cm. And we had to open the couch, so, not much space remained, but it was at least surprisingly comfortable. Anyway, the air condition was great, the sea was magical looking down from the balcony, we saw almost the entire Promenade des Anglais. We had a coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, a washing machine, etc. (never used them, but it is a good point to those, who stay for a longer period). Cécilie gave us very clear instructions, so we had no issue with the keys and the takeover. Tram L2 was right behind the corner, so the city centre and the airport was easy to reach.
Cons: Even with closed windows, the noise of the traffic was annoying. And the elevator was extremely small, I do not know, it was maybe 60x70 cm. We, as a family, could not use it at the same time. And if you are afraid of confinement, you must use the stairs up to the fourth floor.

Pros: Location is good, easy to reach centrum... beautiful panoramic view from the balcony, few steps to the beach. Good communication with host, nice person.
Cons: Very noisy road ahead/below, you can sleep only while door is closed. Because of the traffic you can never hear the see:( Apartment is not really for 4 persons ( even with kids), sofa in \

Superb view from the room
Pros: Anyway, the scenery is wonderful！Easy access with tram and bus stops nearby.
Cons: Very small bedroom. ( It is just right for two people to stay. ) No toilet paper.

Pros: Lokalizacja super, widok cudowny. Apartament przy samej plaży. Blisko tramwaj, sklepy. Na wyposażeniu parasole na plażę. Klimatyzacja bez zarzutu. Polecamy :-)

Polecam piękne miasto !
Pros: Apartament z widokiem na plażę deptak oraz morze ,widać całe wybrzeże Nicei, jest niewielki balkon ze stoikiem i krzesełkami , jest żelazko deska do prasowania suszarka , ekspres do kawy toster czajnik oraz talerze kubki szklanki sztućce w łazience kaloryfer pralka . Pościel czysta , ręczniki również. Łazienka i pomieszczenia czyste. Klimatyzacja w pokoju. Byłam z dwoma osobami i myślę że raczej na tyle najwięcej. Są dwa pomieszczenia do spania łóżka rozkładane i drugie rozłożona kanapa. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką.
Cons: Brakowało nam czegoś do leżenia na plaży np. jakiś pianek bo ciężko leżeć na kamieniach oraz może parasol do wzięcia na plażę. Trochę głośno bo pod blokiem ruchliwa ulica , ale jak zamknięte okno to ok.

Cons: Jeg måtte kjøpe dopapir og oppvaskmiddel. Det bør være i leiligheten. Burde hatt en vifte på soverommet, samt bilde av rommet.
