Nice stay with stunning views

Pros: It is a very nice big villa on top of the hill overlooking Nice. The views are stunning and the garden and property are good size and all equipment including pool and furniture can be used. The host is very kind and helpful and likes to talk to her guests. There are no shops around, but a bus stop almost in front of the villa, no big deal, but this should be noted. The apartments for rent are in the basement floor and are quite large and well equipped. Bright sunshine in October makes up for a lot and for two weeks on a business trip, it was great.

Cons: The place could be kept in better condition. Pool, chairs, tables outdoors are dirty and miss being taken care and cleaned. The water in the pool wasn’t useable. There are two noisy little dogs who aren’t used to be left alone; they bark a lot.

Pros: Fantastischer Blick, dennoch nicht weit weg vom Zentrum . Sehr sauber & gut ausgestattet. Sehr sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.

Pros: Het uitzicht was fantastisch l. Accommodatie was schoon en netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Cons: Het was erg warm overdag toen we in de avond in de accomodatie aankwamen was het erg warm binnen. De airco was eigenlijk net te licht voor de ruimte.
