Appartement T3 Climatisé entre mer et centre Nice

Pros: Great location plenty of transport close by Restaurants nearby were great- so easy and safe to walk around Room was spacious enough for all - would definitely recommend 👌

Very good, would definitely recommend.

Pros: Big apartment, good location (beach, tram and bus stops, stores — all of this close to the property), air conditioning in every simple room, nice sofas, good TV. We liked that one room included twin beds and the other one double bed. It was well cleaned. The lady was very nice and friendly, she waited for us until 22:30 and it was possible to check in that late. Bathroom and toilet are separated, that’s making it easier for a group of people. Possibilities for late check out. Good price for stay.

Cons: We had problems with electricity in the apartment on the last night, but it wasn’t a big issue as the owner clearly explained how to solve it and where the electrical panel was. Late check out was possible, but it was a bit expensive.

Pros: Great place, only 5 minutes from children friendly beach near La Reserve. Every room is very clean, beds are firm and comfortable.. Kitchen has absolutely everything Minh is pleasant host. It was no issue to arrive late.Checkout is even easier - just shut the door (very convenient for early flight). Location is super, two minutes walk from the port, 15 minutes from railway station. We definitely will be back again. Hopefully next year.

Brilliant time In nice in this very well located property( great tv too with Netflix etc! )

Pros: It was very clean with excellent facilities and in a brilliant location, close to the old town, swimming nearby, and buses to Villefranch and Monaco and also at the terminus of the airport tram Line( so you could go anywhere in Nice very easily)

Cons: No issues here. All was great.

Pros: Apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Cicho i spokojnie. Dobrze wyposażony. W okolicy sklepy, piekarnia, przystanek autobusowy.

Découverte de Nice finalement interessante et plein de verdure beau pour la planète

Pros: Le calme et pas loin des commerces , la vieille ville , le port de Nice avec ses petits bateaux multicolorés bref l'appart est bien placé..

Spacious, comfortable, and great value apartment

Pros: We loved this apartment. Opening the doors and windows in September we had a constant perfect warm breeze, lots of sunlight, and great conversations on the balcony. The location is close to many restaurants around the Port, and also close to some of the rocky beaches outside of the main beach. Being able to do laundry was so convenient. And Minh is a great host - we even showed up earlier than we had planned and she went out of her way to let us in.

Cons: We had 3 people, which sometimes meant we went in 3 different directions. A second set of keys would be really helpful!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Mme Minh was incredibly kind and responsive. The apartment itself was spotless, well equipped, and had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay in Nice. Its location was perfect, just a short walk from the port, beaches, Old Town, and Castel Hill (Colline du Château). We highly recommend it and would gladly return!

Pros: Aproape de toate obiectivele principala supermarchet in apropiere cu tot ce trebuie, transportul la aproximativ 10 minute, proprietara de nota 10 desi, avionul a avut intarziere o ora ne-a asteptat pana am ajuns in apartament.Cu siguranta vom mai reveni. Multumim pentru tot Minh 😘🤗🙏

Cons: Lenjeria era una foarte scortoasa fasea ingrozitor nu era una moale normala, pentru mine a fost foarte deranjanta aceasa lenjerie, va sugerez sa schimbati aceasta lenjerie obositoare, picioarele paturilor erau puse pe niste suporturi de plastic care de cate ori te intorceai facea un zgomot deranjant obositor.Vasul de toaleta nu era tocmai curat .
