Pleasant stay.

Pros: Overall the stay was very pleasant. the location is very good, close to restaurants and supermarket. The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The hosts showed flexibility regarding the check-in/check-out time - not as much as we would have liked but it is always appreciated.

Cons: There was an unpleasant smell from the drains, in the bathroom. Also, if one would like to open the windows, during the night, there is a constant noise from the air conditioners from other buildings.

Pros: Everything perfect. Strategic position, flat new, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Staff very kind and helpful

Perfect apartment in the perfect spot

Pros: Perfect location. Came to see the last stages of the Tour de France and we were in easy walking distance of everything. Safe area, convenient shops and nice restaurants. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Very thank full of the air con unit as it was very hot!

We enjoyed our stay with all major attractions just a short distance away.

The apartment for aa perfect stay at Nice.

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment, perfectly located, quiet at night and comfortable bed.

Pros: The location of this property is perfect. If you come out and turn one way, you’ll find beautiful coastal beaches that are quieter than the beach in the centre. If you turn the other way it will bring you by the port and a short scenic walk to the old town. The apartment was very clean and exquisitely decorated. Useful amenities were provided such as towels, a hairdryer, microwave etc... The apartment is located beside a delicious bakery, pizzeria and an ideal little supermarket. Myself and my colleague were so impressed by the customer service, they were easy to come in contact with upon arrival and accommodated our early check-in. I definitely recommend staying here!!

Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: everything is in perfect condition, tasteful, even the color scheme in each room is chosen accordingly. Excellent location: close to the bus station, port, tram stop to the airport. The bed is soft, the linen is snow-white, the iron is excellent. a dream, not an apartment!)

Cons: Rien, tout était parfait, proche des transports en commun et pratiquement sur le très joli port de Nice.

Pros: Capito a Nizza 4 o 5 volte l'anno per lavoro e ho soggiornato in diversi appartamenti/hotel/quartieri della città. Personalmente questo appartamento è stato il più bello in cui abbia pernottato: di dimensione congrua; spazi ben disposti; arredamento nuovo, colorato e comodo; l'appartamento è accogliente e ti fa sentire a casa, esteticamente il top. Facile comunicazione con i proprietari, gentili e presenti. Il quartiere del porto era nuovo per me, è stato strategico: è estremamente comodo, pieno di servizi e ristoranti, ma abbastanza decentrato per trovare comodamente parcheggio. 5 minuti al tram e 10 minuti a piedi al centro, attraversando vie belle e sicure.
