Pros: Beautiful location & view from apartment is superb . Staff that dealt with access very friendly.
Cons: Very minor things we didn’t like - No towels provided. No wine glasses . Pillows a little bit 😪. But still a wonderful stay & look forward to a return trip.

I would stay again. Great for a family or 2 couples
Pros: Location great with a direct but limited view of the port. Third floor apartment but with a lift so accessible for people with health issues. 2 large bedrooms. Good air-conditioning. Traditional French style
Cons: A small welcome pack of essentials would have been convenient. Only one mirror in the apartment. Minor maintenance issues. Damp patch on ceiling loose floor tile onto balcony squeaky hinges on internal doors luckily we had some oil dusty floor and some cracked floor tiles at entrance to bathroom

Great place and we would stay again definitely, we will just bring a duvet and pillows next time :-)
Pros: Great location, safe area, great for links to the tram, train and dock. Great restaurants, quiet unless motorbikes pass on the street. Everything was great, we just needed more pillows and a duvet available, with those items it’s exceptional. If they add them we would stay again.
Cons: It just needed a duvet and some pillows.

Good size apartment for 3/4 people Balcony over looking the harbour
Pros: Apartment is in an excellent location very convenient for buses, trams and trains Good choice of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops very close by and only 10 mins walk from the main centre Nearest beach was pebbled but sandy beaches a short train ride away
Cons: Could of been more toilet roll/ kitchen roll and towels provided Hot water went off one morning but was back on by the following morning

Men et dejligt ophold og vi har været der flere gange. Vælger lejligheden pga beliggenheden og tager så larmen med
Pros: Beliggenheden er perfekt. Udsigten til havnen er det bedste ved overnatningsstedet.
Cons: Der er meget larm om natten. Det er hver nat. Biler, skraldemand og højtryksspuling af gaden. Han starter kl 6 om morgen.

Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr sehr sehr genossen!
Pros: Lage ist exzellent selber eingekauft und Frühstück gemacht, gelegentlich selbst gekocht Aussicht auf Hafen und Rauba super Wohnung sehr gefällig und gut ausgestattet
Cons: Gelegentlich lauter Motorradlärm in der Nacht

Wir würden diese Unterkunft erneut buchen
Pros: Die Lage war gut mit Blick auf den Hafen von Nizza. Straßenbahnanbindung vom/zum Airport in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Busstation nach Monaco in der Nähe; Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants ebenfalls fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar
Cons: Die Schlafzimmer lagen zur Straße, was zeitweise mit Lärm durch LKWs oder Straßenreinigung/Müllabfuhr verbunden war; Bei geschlossenem Fenster war dies aber akzeptabel

Pros: Propreté Emplacement Équipement Disponibilité de l’agence
Cons: Rue très bruyante faute de double vitrage. Impossible de regarder les chaînes de TV (pas d’accès aux chaînes). 2 oreillers n’étaient pas super propres ou vieux. L’une des 2 lumières de la sdb n’éclaire pas (au dessus de l’évier). 2 rideaux de fenêtre sont défectueux.
