Short work/holiday stay in Niece

Pros: Nice studio, great localisation. Great for short stay, close to center and to the sea. It has everything what is necessary. Nice small kitchen, well equipped. The same with bathroom. Good for work and for relax.

Cons: I prefer when owners are welcoming the visitors in person, not ask them to collect the keys in some store 1 km far from the apartment (which means a walk with a suitcase). The information about the apartment also didn’t come on time. So I collected the keys and didn’t know which door to open under a given adres. This could be improved. But the rest was ok, and the stay was nice.

Pros: Le studio est très bien et très proche des transports publics. Il est très bien équipé. La propriétaire répond tout de suite. Le WIFI est très rapide; j'ai pu effectuer plusieurs conf call sans problème; à noter que les hôtels, même 5 étoiles,, ne disposent pas d'un WIFI qui permet d'effectuer des conf calls dans toutes les chambres. La mer est vraiment proche. La cuisine est bien équipé.e et il y a plusieurs supermarchés dans le coin. L'endroit est très calme.

Pros: Wszystko super, łużko wygodne, wszędzie blisko, perfekcyjnie czysto, niezbędne naczynia,kawa, herbata, środki czystości i higieny są, cicho i spokojnie. Trochę ciasno, ale my tam tylko spaliśmy, ponieważ Nicea jest cudowna...

Cons: Zaskoczyło nas pobranie depozytu,na koncie,500 € ,informacje o tym dostaliśmy dzień przed.Ale szybko odblokowane, odrazu w dniu wymeldowania.

Pros: J’ai passé une nuit dans le studio pour un court déplacement professionnel. Le logement est calme et lumineux. J'ai pu travailler sur un vrai bureau et la connexion Wi-Fi est bonne. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas du tram. Je recommande sans hésiter

Pros: J’ai passé un séjour d'une nuit dans le studio. Il est cosy, lumineux et calme, à deux pas de la mer et du tram : parfait pour découvrir Nice à pied. Tout est propre et bien équipé, Je recommande vivement !

Pros: Чудова невелика квартира, але все необхідне було : посуд,кавоварка,тостер,праска. Навіть пляжна парасолька ,якою хазяйка квартири дозволила користуватися .Мадам Вірджинія була завжди на звʼязку і любʼязно дозволила залишитись ще на 2 години після виселення .

Cons: Не дуже сподобалось забирати і повертати ключи, це був супермаркет і з валізами не дуже зручно . Але я розумію господиню, це надійно .

Pros: Всё понравилось, очень уютная и чистая квартира, в плане локации тоже идеально ~ 7 минут до пляжа/променада. В квартире было всё необходимое!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 В свой следующий раз в Ницце обязательно выберу именно эту квартиру. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая, по времени прибытия и отбытия была возможность корректировать время, Спасибо!
