Le Lympia

Pros: Nice place. There is a shop, a port, restaurants and a bakery nearby. There's an elevator. The view from the window of the sea and the piece of the harbour. Ordinary apartments. There's everything for cooking. The tram stop is 5 minutes away. It's 10 minutes to the old town.

Nice little place convenient to Port, Castle Hill, Old City, and the Tram.

Pros: The property was as advertised. The pictures represented the property well. For two of us, we had everything we needed to cook a simple breakfast of eggs and toast. The space was good for two, but would get a bit crowded with any more than small children. The air conditioning, once given time after we turned it on, did a good job cooling the apartment. The location worked out well for us as everything we wanted to see in Nice was within 1k of the flat. The tram is just a short walk and is great for airport transportation. Communications with the property were proactive and responsive.

Cons: It was a bit out of the property manager’s control that there was a transit strike the day we checked in. Where they would normally meet us at the property, we had to swing by their office to pick up the keys. This turned out to be fine except we didn’t get introduced to the property and thus didn’t know small things such as how to take out the trash. My only complaint was that my spouse needed a restroom badly after it took as an hour to park and walk to the office and the manager who met us in the lobby would not let us up to use his restroom. He literally told us to go buy something at the cafe down the street so we could use their restroom.

Pros: Beliggenhed rigtig god, morgenmaden lavede vi selv, fremragende brød fra lokal bager.

Cons: Wifi, først i uge to.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Pros: Wunderschöne Lage am Hafen, teilweise Blick aufs Meer, alles gut erreichbar (Busstation direkt vor der Haustüre)

Cons: Die Müllentsorgung war nicht klar

Séjour confortable à Nice

Pros: L'emplacement est très bien. L'appartement est d'une belle grandeur, charmant et très bien équipé. Belle terrasse confortable et un coin lessive dans une véranda fermée. Le lit king size est très confortable.

Cons: Le locateur ne répond pas aux questions précises qui lui sont envoyées. Les réponses reçues sont des messages génériques préformatés. Le jour de l'arrivée, même si nous avons complétés le processus de confirmation de notre heure d'arrivée, le locateur ne se déplace que lorsqu'il reçoit une confirmation téléphonique. Nous avons trouvé que le ménage avait été fait de façon très superficiel : plancher collant, vaisselle mal lavée, couette douteuse. Par contre, les draps étaient impeccables.

Très bien mais un peu cher

Pros: Grand appartement très bien équipé. Agréable petit balcon pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Idéalement situé près du port et du tramway.

Nizza in vollem Glanz

Pros: Die Lage war ,besonders durch die Tram 2,sehr gut.

Cons: Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war sehr schlecht.Ich habe ca 5 Mails geschickt ,um schliesslich kurz vorher über Whatsap eine direkte Antwort zu bekommen.Ein Telefongespräch mit Lisa,die sehr freundlich war ,hat dann schliesslich zur Vereinbarung einer Treffpunktszeit vor dem Gebäude geführt.Wobei die Hausnummer nicht 49 sondern 45 ist.

God lejlighed i et roligt område

Pros: Super beliggenhed og en god og velfungerende lejlighed i et roligt område. Indkøbsmuligheder lige nedenfor på gaden, sporvogn (Tram) tæt på og let at gå til den centrale del af byen.

Le parfait séjour pour recharger ses batteries!

Pros: Appartement spacieux et lumineux, tout proche du port avec une magnifique vue. à quelques minutes à pieds du centre historique et du front de mer.

Cons: une deuxième clé de l'appartement serait un plus.
