Pros: Lovely apartment. Clean and well presented with the exception of the broken toilet seat! Good Location.

Cons: We travelled, my friend and I to watch the tour de france, two men in their seventies. Upon checkout,we have been accused of causing damage to the toilet seat! Absolutely shocking. I am appauled by the treatment of this host and the audacity to try and charge us e180 for the repair! Would not recommend this property as a result,obviously an absolute chancer! Proceed with Caution!

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Hafen

Pros: Alles war vorhanden und sauber und gepflegt. Ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Nizza. Der Hafen ist direkt vor der Tür

Cons: Abends kam etwas gruselige Stimmung in den Seitenstraßen auf und der Nachbar ist sehr laut und erweckt einen neugierigen Eindruck.

Nickel et ma femme valide sans reserv

Pros: L'appartement était très propre,sain et bien entretenu. Il y avait la climatisation. Serviettes et eponges neuves. Il ne manquait rien . Les hôtes ont tout préparé correctement. Il était près du port et de mon club de plongée. Nice est une ville superbe.

Cons: Il est quasiment impossible de se garer à proximité c'est très chère et la durée de stationnement est limitée. A 400 mètres j'ai trouvé une rue avec un côté non payant grace à des locaux... C'est au deuxième étage sans ascenseur alors attention aux grosses valises... L'appartement d’à côté avait un petit balcon qu'on a jalousé

Pros: Čisté a moderní ubytování se vším potřebným, u přístavu. Blízko na tramvaj, která jezdí na letiště.

Cons: Umístění boxu na klíče vůbec neodpovídalo zaslanému popisu. Dům neměl číslo, nikdo v okolí nevěděl, kde se dané číslo domu nachází. Přicestovala jsem unavená po noci bez spánku a 3/4 h jsem usilovně hledala box na klíče, hledala číslo domu, ptala se ubytovaných lidí, komunikovala s bookingem, vyžadovala alespoň fotografii domu. Byla jsem na správném místě, avšak box na klíče se nacházel úplně jinde, daleko od vchodu, nebyl vůbec vidět. V popisu to bylo uvedeno úplně špatně. Byl to zbytečný stres.
