Peaceful, comfortable stay with a wonderful host

Pros: We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay at this apartment in Nice. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent — close to the port and city, yet quiet and relaxing, which was perfect for our family. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful, and generously arranged early check-in and late check-out, which made our travel much easier, especially with a baby. Communication was smooth and clear throughout. The apartment was well equipped, nicely maintained, and felt like home. Private parking and the overall setup were very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

Cons: Nothing significant. Everything went very well and met our expectations.

Would definitely comeback and recommend to others. Two balconies was a big bonus.

Pros: Great location, local area felt safe. Spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Shower/wc are is great (especially shower).

Cons: Had a few issues when we arrived, but problem was solved promptly. Was no clear information how to connect to wifi (printed instructions with Free box name and password would be preferred instead of contacting the host). An extra fan in one of the rooms would be great and extra bed sheet would be a bonus.

Eine guter Platz für den nächsten Besuch in Nizza!

Pros: Lage sehr ruhig und praktisch für Stadt und Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Sehr ruhig! Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Die Dekoration heimelig; die Betten mit sehr guten Matratzen. Man fühlt sich hier sehr gut aufgehoben und wie zuhause.

Cons: Die Bedienung der Dusche mit 4 Drehknöpfen war eine herausfordernde Aufgabe für jedes Intellekt. Bis man die richtige Einstellung hatte, war man schon geduscht. Wieder etwas Neues gelernt für den nächsten Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung!

Pros: Квартира уютная и оборудована до мелочей (фольга для запекания, моющее для посуды, салфетки, полотенца на кухне и т д), в ванной 2 раковины, гели для душа, уютный балкон с хорошим видом, бесплатная парковка во дворе, чистота в комнатах

Cons: Грязный внутри холодильник, протекло молоко, засохло и был неприятный запах из холодильника, для нас его не помыли
