Absolutely perfect apartment!!
Pros: The apartment was absolutely beautiful and had everything I needed. In a perfect quiet area. Felt so cosy! I was travelling alone and felt so safe and settled here.
Cons: The climb up the hill to get there but you don’t get views like that without a climb!

Pros: The location was peaceful. The balcony was nice for dining. The air conditioning worked quickly and was quiet.
Cons: Although there was a washing machine in the apartment, there was no drying rack for clothes. The metal chairs were uncomfortable to sit on. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

Nice, clean, fully furnished,excellently accessible and spacious accommodation with a beautiful view
Pros: The place was easily accessible and at the same time in a quiet and safe place. We were close to shops and restaurants, the promenade with the beach, but also the metro/tram, so it was easy to get to the center and to other places on the French Riviera, plus the airport. The apartment itself was nicely furnished and very clean. It had everything we needed, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and excellent soundproofed rooms, so nothing woke us up. There was even a washing machine so it was possible to do laundry and that's the only small complaint that we could have got more towels so that we didn't have to wash them, but nothing that wouldn't survive and at least the TV worked with all the programs so while i was waiting for laundry to finish, i could watch to the Olympic finals of basketball and my girlfriend enjoyed wine on the terrace, where we had breakfast every day and we could observe a beautiful view of the city and the sea

Great location excellent views . Clean and spacious for 2 Clean inside .
Pros: Clean spacious well located . Balcony and awning a plus. Use of kitchen. Spacious shower . Tv in living room had all channels . Great air con in main living area. Very close to sea and tram. Has space for car outside but wasn’t needed for our stay.
Cons: To improve outside lighting to property needs attention. Air con in bedroom if poss ( as was so good in living room) . Able to access outdoor garden at back and surrounding areas of property need attention. A welcome pack would have been appreciated.

Pros: Perfect location, short walk to the beach/tram/shops. Beautiful view of the ocean. Light and comfortable environment! Really enjoyed our stay. Easy to find free parking just a short walk from the apartment.

Insanely good apartment that is worth every minute, with a local feeling.
Pros: Beautiful property, well stocked and great location. The views are to die for, and if it’s raining, you’ve got a flat screen and super fast WiFi. 5 minute walk down into city, just perfect.
Cons: I have a a large, quite expense car that I’d prefer to keep close. Unfortunately I misread the advertisement as having parking outside the apartment, when actually it’s on a side street. On the day we arrived, they just happened to be passing the Olympic torch and I found myself SOL having to drive down to a garage.

Absolute Gem in Nice
Pros: The location was great. 600m walk to the beach, tram and shops. The view from the appartment was beautiful. The building is very old and adds to the charm. The inside of the appartment is modern and clean with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. It is situated very close to the airport which is also a bonus. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to access the property.
Cons: Not much about the property that we didn't like besides a little bit of construction work that was taking place on another property in front. But this did not phase us much as we were out most of the day.
