Lovely place to stay comfortable and clean and well placed for buses and trams

Pros: It was very hot whilst we were in Nice and the apartment was air conditioned which was great. It was very clean and well equipped and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again.

Cons: I can’t think of anything I didn’t like!

Perfect stay for active holiday

Pros: Very nice house, with great parking. Perfect base for road bike adventures as its close to mountains so you don't have to go thru city Nice. Caring and communicative hosts!

Pros: Perfect location for exploring the south coast. We took a trip over Italy too. Property was well equity for a family who enjoy cooking. Sylvie was a fabulous host and full of recommendations.

Pros: Location was good. It was close to highway A8 so that we could easily get to nearby destination. There was everything we could use. Very convenient. Garden was so beautiful. Wide parking space. We could enjoy the house like home.

Cons: We found several ants on the floor in front of main door. Otherwise everything was good.

Wonderful home base for a family of four visiting Nice, Monacco, and surrounding community!

Pros: The hosts were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was off to a good start. They showed us the property and even had some food items available since we came in after the stores closed. Incredibly thoughtful! The house was more beautiful and spacious than the pictures make it out to be. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out, both inside and outside, and enjoyed multiple homecooked meals in the well stocked kitchen. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for two kids and parents and the bathroom was comfrotable. We enjoyed most the feeling of home, enjoying the space and the feel. Very well made and beautiful appartment. The appartment is a 9 minute walk from the train station that takes you to the center of Nice. We had an easy time taking the train to Nice, Monacco, and Sanremo, Italy. Surprisingly easy to get around, a big grocery store was 10 minutes away. A delicious bakery and cafe was down the street. We loved the area. Wonderful neighborhood!

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
