Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The location is very good, not far from the sea, the garden is a lovely bonus, and communication with Marc was excellent—he was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is not new, so it's best not to expect luxury, but overall it’s in good condition, clean, and comfortable. The positives definitely outweigh any small drawbacks. Would recommend!

Pros: Everything is perfect, the apartment is a perfect big space with a nice garden in front and a nice parking lot Near the apartment you will find a bakery and tram no. 2 that goes to the city center, and the train station is 5 minutes from the apartment All praise and recommendations👍

Pros: Emplacement calme, beau jardin, parking privé appréciable, literie très bien. Appréciable aussi les transports en commun à proximité ce qui permet de ne pas prendre sa voiture même pour se renfre au delà de NICE.
Cons: Cet appartement a une belle taille, cependant il manque d'un net rafraîchissement . Avons contacté directement le propriétaire pour ttes nos remarques, certaines ont été immédiatement honoré comme demandé d'un micro onde en état de marche et un simple balai pour ne pas utilisé à chaque fois l'aspirateur. Le propriétaire ce souci du bien être de ses résidents en vacances et nous dit remédier à ttes nos remarques. Si tel est le cas un logement chouette pour passer une semaine sur NiCE Plus d'ustensiles de cuisine aurait été appréciable nous avons fait avec.

Pros: O local é grande, espaçoso, perfeito para as férias.
Cons: O secador de cabelo nao tinha adaptador para entrar na tomada. Fora isso, tudo estava perfeito

Pros: Apartament foarte spațios, bine utilat și cu o gradina superbă de care am beneficiat, fiind la parter.
Cons: Ar fi fost și mai bine daca existau 2 toalete.

Pros: Apartment Villa Anahit ma trzy kluczowe zalety. Po pierwsze, jest doskonale zlokalizowany. Willa znajduje się kilka minut drogi od Promenady Anglików oraz od plaży i morza. Po drugie, willę otacza ogródek z palmami i drzewkiem oliwnym: mieszkając w centrum Nicei, możemy czuć się jak poza miastem. Po trzecie, apartament ma komunikatywnego gospodarza, któremu można zadać wszelkie pytania i operatywne wyjaśnić możliwe wątpliwości co do funkcjonowania dużego i wygodnego Apartamentu Villa Anahit.

Pros: The appartment is really big , the garden is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the location is good - 5 min frim the sea, 10 min by tram to the center - and the station is 5 min walk, there are supermarket and bakery also close.
Cons: The main problem - water pressure - it is terrible - there is only in one sink where is almost good but not strong - also one tub where is possible to have a normal bath. Also the main feeling is that the appartment have much higher potential - it is clean enough ( bathroom, beds) but also there are a lot of staff which needs some cleaning and are really dusty - kitchen, book shelves... There were some ants also from some whole in the wood by the door- this should be taken care. Also the book with explanation in the appartment shoul be updated - wi fi code, door code.... Jeff was really helpful by messages and fast o reply.

Bon séjour avec un logement qui répondait très bien à nos attentes.
Pros: Logement bien situé et très spacieux, tram très proche.
Cons: Bruit de la voie rapide génant en extérieur.

Pros: Lokacija je odlicna , lako se dolazi sa aerodroma(tramvaj 2.-aerodrom ),blizu je setaliste i more, blizu je i prodavnica, do centra je potrebno samo par stanica tramvajem br.2 ili autobusom br.12., takodje voz je blizu a u dvorištu od aparmana je i obezbedjeno parking mesto za auto.Nema buba, mrava kao što je pisalo u komentarima sve je bilo čisto i uredno.Apartman je kompletno opremljen imate sve što je potrebno, mi smo uživali u našem boravku.U kupatilu jedino tuš malo više prska pa ima vode na pločicama ali to se naravno pokupi. Ponovo bi došli ovde jer smo se osećali bezbedno i prijatno. Dopalo nam se i to što je Mark brzo odgovarao na naše poruke i pozive. Komforan je apartman i nije nam bila potrebna klima iako su temperature bile visoke.
Cons: Malo je stariji apartman potrebno je malo ulaganja ali to nam nije pokvarilo kompletan ugodjaj😊
