Pros: Very nice studio located 10 mins from beach and public transport. Clean and well equipped. With beautiful view. Communication with owner was smooth and easy. Surely place to stay in Nice for my next vacation. Highly recommend it.

Pros: The apartment is in a great location, with free street parking nearby. It is nicely furnished and equipped with all the necessary and listed items.

Cons: I would suggest installing an air conditioner, as the portable AC is very noisy and doesn’t have a proper outlet for the hot air.

Pros: The view and location are amazing! The apartment is really good, so spacious, comfort and beautiful too. You have everything that you need and even much more. So calm and peaceful surroundings with nice villas and orange and lemon trees will not leave You indifferent🥰 next time will stay here again 👌

Pros: Cozy apartment, with modern and beautiful furniture. Everything is working and clean, the apartment is located close to public transport so it is easy to move from area to area and you can also see the sea from the window. The sea is not far from the apartment (+-500m on foot). If you have an inconvenience the staff responds immediately and helps you immediately, wonderful.

Pros: The location was Ok as it’s walking distance from the beach and public transport. It was clean and tidy.

Cons: The air conditioner in the room is not installed properly so we had to keep the window open to put the exhaust outside. The room did not have a sea view as advertised. You need to walk upwards a small hill to reach the flat…it should be mentioned in the ad. There were no basics like olive oil, vinegar, salt, toilet paper.

Pros: Really nice appartaments. You can see the sea just from the window. And it's just 4 tram stops from the centre. Mattress was so comfortable, really good sleeping.

Pros: Posizione e quartiere ottimo. L’appartamento è in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo e a poche centinaia di metri dalla spiaggia. Posto auto gratuito nelle vicinanze ma non è scontato trovarlo.

Cons: L’appartamento è pulito e ben attrezzato ma non è immediato capire come ritirare le chiavi perché ci sono più “box portachiavi” senza indicazione che li distingua. La pulizia delle scale interne e dei pianerottoli è biasimabile (ma non credo dipenda dall’ Host.

Cons: Рекомендую мати фумігатор (від комарів)

Cons: Le scale comuni molto sporche e mal odoranti Il parcheggio sul corso non a pagamento ma poco disponibile
