Just perfect

Pros: A very nice property, exactly as pictured. Fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's not far from the airport and very close to the beach. I would also like to add that the owner is a kind and helpful woman. I will definitely return. :)

pleasant accommodation

Pros: Clean. Within walking distance of the beach, in a safe building in a nice neighborhood. There's plenty of space for four people (3 adults and 1 child). The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional and adequate. There's a coffee maker. No air conditioning, but the fans were adequate (even though it was very hot when we were there, we had no problems). The balcony was very useful for drying towels and swimsuits. There's no on-site parking, but there are free parking spaces nearby. The owner was helpful in every way especially arranging parking. The owner's communication is excellent. Ideal for a family vacation.

Cons: There is traffic noise from the kitchen side, but as long as you keep the door closed, it's not a problem.

Pros: The owner was so nice, the apartment was new, clean, and has everything you need! 10/10 would recommend, it’s close to the beach the city center and also the airport!

A comfortable apartment and truly wonderful hosts — highly recommended!

Pros: We spent a great week in Nice at this apartment. It’s spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good location — you can walk to the city center along the beautiful promenade or take the tram, with a stop close to the apartment. Big thanks to Aziza and her husband for their warm hospitality. They even offered us a cheaper and more convenient transfer from the airport, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Pros: Top rien à dire vue magnifique sur Nice depuis le balcon . appartement super propre serviette inclus . appartement super bien situé bien équipé qui donne un + au séjour hôte super agréable et gentille je recommande vivement !:)

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, besonders bei der Ankunft. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe vom Strand und hat eine gute Anbindung nach Nizza sowie zum Flughafen – ideal für Ausflüge.

Cons: Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Bahnstrecke, was man je nach Tageszeit hört. Für uns war das aber in Ordnung, da wir tagsüber meistens unterwegs waren.

Pros: Výborná poloha, kousek od moře i centra.Vybaveny, čistý byt.Pratelsti a ochotní majitelé.Bezplatna parkovací zóna před domem.Celkove výborná atmosféra, dobrý dojem.Muzume jen doporučit.

Pros: Tutto molto bene, l’appartamento era esattamente come ce lo aspettavamo e corrispondeva perfettamente alle foto. La gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario sono state davvero apprezzate. La posizione è comoda: il mare si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti e anche la fermata del tram è vicina, ideale per spostarsi facilmente verso il centro o l’aeroporto. L’appartamento è ben attrezzato, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Nel complesso, siamo rimasti soddisfatti! 😊

Minden az elvárásnak megfelelt

Pros: Minden rendben volt, a fotók megfelelnek a valóságnak, az várt amire számítottunk. A szállásadó kedvessége és segítőkészsége nagyon meglepett, ennek kimondottan örültünk :) A szállás bár nem a part mentén található, de nagyon közel van, pár perc sétára, valamint a villamos is közel van így hamar ellehet jutni a belvárosba vagy a repülőtérre. A konyha illetve a lakás a szükséges dolgokkal fel van szerelve.
