Nice Renting - CAMBRAI03 - Seaside Studio on the Promenade des Anglais

Truly calm place with stunning sea view

Pros: Сozy apartment with a literally stunning sea view! The area was quite safe and very calm, but pay attention it's a bit far from the historical center (although it wasn't a problem at all, because tram station had been located within walking distance of the building). By the way, you can quickly and cheap get from the airport by this tram. Carrefour was also located near the house as well as a boulangerie with a fresh pastries. This accommodation had everything for comfort living and even for a long stay (I didn't have any problems and cooked everyday). Host was very kind and attentive (our communication was easy and rapid) Highly recommended if you want to have a very comfortable and authentic Nice experience for a reasonable price.

Pros: 10/10, everything was just simple and amazing.

Pros: Great location, was close to the beach which was not a busy part,supermarket close and safe area. Bed was comfortable and view was amazing.

Very Happy

Pros: Excellent view of the Medditeraen from the Window, an excellent bathroom and shower, very clean. Fully equipped with kitchen tools, an Iron and Ironing Board, and, extra Linens. Nice quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Cons: Had to walk a distance to find a parking space. There was a Microwave Oven, but a toaster Over as well would have been nice.

Magnifique vue sur mer

Pros: Le studio est très propre, bien équipé, la vue sur la mère est magnifique, très bien situé (proche du tramway). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le quartier et le bâtiment sont calmes et reposant. Nous recommandons vivement ce studio.

Pros: Apartamentul este situat într-un cartier plăcut si sigur, aproape de promenada. Este curat, cu dotările necesare si cu o priveliște foarte frumoasa.

Cons: Prosoapele deși curate, erau vechi si destul de uzate. Nu am găsit lenjerie extra pentru pilota si pernele din dulap.

Pros: De schitterende kamer met uitzicht over de wijk Fabron. De uitleg hoe er te komen, hoe je de sleutels kan krijgen en waar in het gebouw \

Cons: De enige tip die ik heb is dat de lampjes naast he bed niet aangesloten zijn op electriciteit.

Wunderschöne Aussicht!!!

Pros: Die Aussicht war der Wahnsinn und der Vermieter ein Traum!! Alles ganz einfach und perfekt organisiert!!!

Super séjour à Nice

Pros: Quartier calme, proche du tram pour aller au centre ville. Vue mer. Studio très propre et bien aménagé
