Great location

Pros: Location was great. At the edge of old Nice and surprisingly quiet at night. Only a few minutes to the beach and many of the historical attractions. Kitchen and sitting area are separate from the bedroom. The appartment itself was modern and comfortable yet in an old house. Despite the business of old Nice it felt safe.There was good public transport including the lime bikes close by. Good communication with the host.

Cons: The stairs are a bit of a drag, especially because they are uneven. But the higher up you are, the more quiet and bright the appartment will be. Not really a problem if you are out most of the day.

Anne was a very friendly, helpful and accommodating host and I would recommend this property. I hope to stay there again

Pros: The property was in an excellent location and it was very clean and comfortable. Despite the accommodation being in a busy part of the city, it was very quiet in the flat.

Cons: You have to climb many flights of stairs to get to the accommodation. I would have liked a few extra pillows on the bed but that is just my personal preference.

Cons: Une vue mer aurait été la cerise sur le gâteau mais cela n’a perturbé en rien notre séjour 😎

Pros: location right in old nice, perfect for the markets. the apartment was very modern, recently updated very comfortable, had all necessary amenities

Cons: unit was on an upper floor which required us to climb several flights of steep steps to reach. not ideal for older people

Nice is a beautiful city. The apartment provided an excellent base.

Pros: The apartment amenities and location were perfect.

Cons: The only issue for me was the lack of a lift. Everything else was perfect.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is excellent.

Cons: The only thing that I can think it is the fact that it has no lift. you need to climb 5 floors, but it is definitely not a problem considering a historical building in the heart of the old town.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Liegt in einer beliebten Umgebung in Nizza und trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig.

Cons: Jeden Tag in die 5. Etage zu steigen war anstrengend. Ich habe mich trotzdem auf eine zusätzliche sportliche Aktivität gefreut 😊
