Wonderful apartment in the old town, very close to all the amenities

Pros: Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Very close to shops, restaurants, market and beach, and handy for bus, train and tram. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with some lovely antique furniture and art.

Cons: Everything was great for us, however, the apartment may not be suitable for people with mobility issues or with young children, due to the stairs and galleried level.

Pros: The host was waiting with keys at the agreed time and we were given good guidance in the area.

Pros: Perfect stay in the heart of Nice! The apartment is just 3 minutes from the beach and right in the Old Town, close to everything. Cozy, clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for both short and long stays. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and absolutely perfect, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Pros: I really love the decoration style. The place is extremely clean and tidy, with a very reasonable spatial layout. The dry-wet separation in the bathroom is very convenient. The two double beds meet the needs of family trips. The location is excellent, with easy access to scenic spots and the beach. The host is very warm and welcoming.

We had a brilliant time in Nice. The weather perfect & apartment was great to come back to after a busy day.

Pros: The apartment was lovely, very nice decor, has everything a group of four needed. The location was brilliant. Just around corner from Flower Market, very close to beach & in old town close to fabulous restaurants.

Pros: In the very heart of the city, this apartment is an ideal choice for a family, a cozy jewel (it really surprises you after you pass the building entrance, which is a bit run down). We had great time - did not suffer the heat thanks to the efficient air conditioning and could even watch our favourite series during the hottest hours, as the TV is fully equipped with Apps. Fantina was a great host, responding quickly to our questions and letting us benefit of the apartment as long as possible beyond check-in and check-out set hours.

Pros: This apartment was exactly what we needed. Lovely, charming and spacious. Kitchen had everything needed including a big fridge. Very welcoming atmosphere. Dima was a star and very accommodating as I was delayed and she let my sister pick up the key. Amazing communication. We had a great weekend in a perfect apartment and it couldn't be closer to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars! 🥳👍♥️. Thankyou.

Pros: It was perfectly situated in a picturesque part of Old Nice, overlooking the cutest little square with views of a shop and cafe. Perfect for people watching! It was a couple of minutes walk to the beach, market and restaurants. We loved the decor and it was very clean and comfortable. Dima was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.
