Cute little apartment with fantastic location.

Pros: The location was amazing, a close walk to the beach and all the restaurants. The apartment was spacious and very clean, had great amenities like a washing machine and coffee machine.

Cons: The only difficult thing was no lift so walking up 4 flights of stairs was tiring.

Lovely stay right in the heart of the action.

Pros: Location is perfect; right in the heart of the old town, close to beach (2min walk), markets and bars and restaurants. Air con very welcome and apartment very clean. Communication was fantastic and any issues sorted immediately. Set back from Main Street so quiet in the nights so no problem keeping window open when it was warm.

Cons: There are 79 steps to the apartment so would be no good for anyone with mobility issues, it was hard going when you had to go up and down several times a day. Toilet seat falls off, this seems to be a normal occurrence in Nice as bars and restaurants either don’t have toilet seats or they are hanging off! The bed is a sofa bed, springs very loud when turning - would benefit from a proper bed - we were there for 9 nights so might not be a problem if only staying for a long weekend.

Posizione in pieno centro storico

Pros: Sistemazione comoda e confortevole, ben arredata con tutto ciò che serve. Macchina da caffè Nespresso. Nella descrizione non era precisato ma avevamo 1 paio di cialde a disposizione. Posizionata vicino al mare vicino a le Marcheè des fleurs, a due passi da piazza Massena. Unico neo l'appartamento era al 4 piano senza ascensore, ci siamo mantenuti in forma con un po' di moto!

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena , el lugar está ubicado en el casco histórico. Si se busca un lugar con sentido histórico es ideal

Cons: Creo que deberían mejorar la cama, ya que es un sillón cama

Pros: La ubicación es excelente muy céntrica y a la vez tranquila Apartamento cálido y acogedor

À part la literie et l’odeur de cigarette , logement bien équipé et bien placé

Pros: Emplacement idéal , proche de beaucoup de points d’intérêts

Cons: Qualité de la literie médiocre , il s’agit d’un canapé convertible de petite qualité et non d’un lit . Odeur de cigarette émanant du canapé

Beau séjour au centre de Nice

Pros: On ne peut rêver mieux pour la situation de cet appartement en plein milieu du vieux centre de Nice. Déco sympa et tout le confort

Cons: 80 marches d’escalier c’est du sport mais c’était précisé dans le descriptif. La Clim est assez bruyante et le linge non compris dans le prix

Pros: L’emplacement est incroyable pour visiter la ville et ses alentours ! Très calme et pourtant au cœur de tout

Cons: Manque un ascenseur !
