It was very cold at the beginning, then the air was completely awful because of air conditioning, it was very dry.
Pros: The apartment was nice, and the location great for visiting.

Great, comfortable and cute apartment to spend a week vacation
Pros: Perfect location to the promenade and all restaurants around. The property equipped with everything you need for easy and comfort stay. King size bed, tv set, aircon and heating.
Cons: Unfortunately, the windows looked straight onto building opposite. Can’t see the sunlight 😀☀️

Pros: Excellent location, in the tourist center of the city. Restaurants, bars, and the promenade are nearby. The apartment is small but very cozy and clean. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay is provided.

Moderne & saubere Wohnung in einer tollen Lage
Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral. De Wohnung ist sehr modern und sehr sauber. Komfortable Ausstattung. Super Matratze, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Vielen Dank für die vielen nützlichen Insider Tipps.
Cons: Das muffige Treppenhaus und der Ausblick mit den Tauben. Aber dafür kann Lukas nichts.

Pros: Situation exceptionnelle en plein coeur de la vieille ville, l'appartement est rénové et très confortable. Hôte parfait et entrée/sortie sans problème.
Cons: Les fenêtres donnent directement sur l'immeuble d'en face (à 2m), aucun dégagement et appartement un peu sombre.

Fin liten lägenhet i Gamla stan, nära strand och restauranger.
Pros: Det var nyrenoverat, hade Air Condition i varje rum, mycket förvaring, Nespresso maskin. Nära stranden.
Cons: Trång o sliten ingång och trappa. Tråkig och minimal utsikt (Två fönster mot en annan vägg på 1m avstånd). Saknade diskborste, salt o peppar.

Pros: A szállás elhelyezkedése mindent, ami kevéssé tetszett, felülír. Ennél jobb helyen nem lehet Nizzában lakni. A nyüzsgő óvárosban, üzletek, éttermek, bárok, a piac mellett, 100 méterre a tengertől és a kastélydombtól. A lakás tiszta, a hálószoba ágy, matrac a legkényelmesebb, amin valaha aludtam. A konyha felszereltsége is kiváló. Nagyon jó leírást kaptunk a szállásadótól a lakáshoz jutás és a bejutás megkönnyítése érdekében.
Cons: Amiért kevesebb pontot adtunk annak az az oka, hogy 3 személyre foglaltunk, éjjel 23 órakor érkeztünk, de csak 2 főre volt ágyazva. A 16 éves fiúnk részére innen-onnan szekrényekből kerestünk, párnát, plédet, lepedőt, amikhez nem volt méretben és formában megfelelő huzat, így ő csak szedett-vedett, kényelmetlen módon pihent 5 éjen át. A kanapé foltos, ágynak kényelmetlen, így a szállás 2 főnek felel csak meg, de 3-nak is kínálják. Az ablakok szűk belső udvaros sikátorra néznek, ami óvárosban nem gond, de ocsmány galambszaros minden, amit azért kicsit fel lehetne javítani. Nyitott ablaknál nem lehet aludni a galambok miatt. Hiányzott a mosdónál egy kézmosó szappan és wc papír is alig volt. Ezek kicsinyes dolgok. Kéne egy lámpa a mosogató fölé.
