Nice studio/apartment in Nice

Pros: Proximity to old town, the apartment was amongst restaurants and shops and the beach. Spacious studio, well fitted out.

Cons: Nothing, other than the property has an iron an ironing board would be handy.

Perfect Location

Pros: Location was perfect. Right in the centre of the old town & beach only a few minutes walk away. Everything that would be expected was also supplied in the apartment.

Cons: Only thing I would say was missing was additional towels, however, the washing facilities made up for this.

Absolutely amazing and would definitely come back

Pros: The location was amazing so close to the beach and right in the old town. It also had a kitchen, aircon and a washing machine which was great!

Cons: Washing machine didn’t work initially but they fixed it within 2 days which was amazing!

Great stay in Nice

Pros: Great location, right above the street in old town. Super close to the beach, and a 5 mins walk from the tram stop Opera that is approx a 5 mins ride from the Nice Ville train station. Helpful staff, great to have laundry and a kitchen. Thanks for the espresso machine!!

Cons: Understandably street noise but you’ll get used to it.

Brilliant location in old town

Pros: Brilliant location, few minutes to beach, trams. Etc. Market everyday beside apartment. Close to shops and restaurants and agency were super helpful.

Excellent!

Pros: Hosts were very pleasant. Online check in process was very easy to complete which meant only the deposit needed to be paid at reception. Apartment is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Location is absolutely perfect.

Pros: Die Lage war wirklich ideal - in der Altstadt und nur 5 min zum Strand. Auch das Appartement selbst war wirklich in Ordnung. Super Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Bett war bequem.

Cons: 10:00 Uhr Checkout - Flug jedoch erst am frühen Nachmittag. Somit haben wir unsere Koffer noch an der Rezeption deponiert - es handelte sich um 1,5 Stunden - Preis EUR 8,00 für 2 Koffer. Das fand ich nicht ok. Hatte den Fall noch nie, dass ich für die Aufbewahrung der Koffer nach Checkout bezahlen musste....
