Cocon charmant et paisible au cœur du Vieux Nice

Pros: The apartment is located in the center of Nice Ville. It is modern and well-equipped, with furniture in good condition. The kitchen is also fully equipped.

Cons: The bed and the sofa are worn. In particular, the sofa is not flat and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well. Additionally, in the bathroom, the shower head did not work.

Pros: Clean,nice,cozy,very good shower,kitchen very big,everything was perfect!!! Location outstanding!love this apartment.

Centrally located apartment in the heart of Old Town Nice

Pros: This property is in a great location in the Old Town of Nice very close to great shops, restaurants and the beautiful main beach. It’s central without being super noisy at night which we appreciated. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay and the host was really lovely. We appreciated having the washing machine mid way through our holiday and they actually left washing detergent for us which is super thoughtful.

Cons: Not a criticism but worth noting the narrow staircase and doorway to access the apartment can be tricky if you have large bags

Pros: The flat was small, but lovely and very well furnished, with smart TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The location was truly exceptional! Communication with the host was easy, even though we never met. There was a small issue when we arrived (flat not cleaned yet) but as soon as we said it, it git sorted out and the host allowed us a late check out as compensation.

Cons: The building itself is not in great conditions and the windy steps that take to the flat are not great if you have kids or for an older, less mobile person.

Pros: The location is very good, it's close to old town. The owner is flexible because of easy taking the keys which are in small box near the apartmant. It's clean, nice, in the kitchen has coffee maschine, dishes...

Meraviglioso soggiorno a Nizza centro

Pros: Posizione perfetta, grande disponibilità dell'host, istruzioni chiare sul ritiro delle chiavi, tanto da fare nei dintorni e ancor di più da scoprire. Molto carino l'appartamento, piccolo ma funzionale.

Cons: L'accesso all'appartamento non è dei più semplici, poiché nel vicolo per arrivarci bisogna fare diverse scale, e con il passeggino ed i bagagli non è stato molto semplice, anche se comunque fattibile. Anche nella tromba delle scale lo spazio è irrisorio, ma è comunque un dettaglio superabile.

Pros: Appartement très agréable en plein cœur du vieux Nice. Dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour ne manquer de rien. Proche de toutes les commodités, port, plages, marché aux fleurs, commerces, tram et bus. On peut tout faire sans voiture. Je recommande.

Cons: Nous n’avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le pommeau de douche , seule la partie haute de la douche fonctionnait.

Pros: Appart très charmant, très propre, mais pas super facile les escaliers avec une valise..., avec la fête de la musique plutôt bruillant....et impossible de mettre du son à la télé....

Pros: La localisation dans le vieux Nice Literie très confortable mais attention nous avons trouvé des tâches sur les draps, ce qui n'est jamais très agréable.

Cons: Appartement très bien équipé et bien rénové (évidemment, c'est un point positif ) mais assez sombre dans l'ensemble.
