Pros: Location is great. It is easy reachable from airport, you just need to use tram L2. Alex is great. He is so hospitable. It was so easy to communicate with him. In apartment we found everything we needed.

Amazing location in cute apartment.

Pros: This was the best location. The neighbourhood was vibrant with may restaurants and markets nearby. It was also very easy to get to other main destinations like the Promenade.

Cons: It wasn't obvious that I couldn't drive my car to the apartment door..that took a while to figure out. And while the parking is very close, you have to go around the way to get to it.

Lively great location for a nice modern apartment

Pros: The location of the place is great. The amenities were very modern and nice looking clearly some bits were new, the place was very clean and they had a nice room for luggage store or changing in which we found useful as we were staying out on the pull out bed. The balcony is small but it's lovely to see the side streets

Cons: There were a few issues with facilities like sink faucets loose, showers loose and fragile and doors not fully shutting, but I will message the person privately about all these issues to explain further detail so they get addressed in the future hopefully

Bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande ce logement à un emplacement exeptionnel

Pros: Appartement agréable et joli, très bien situé en plein coeur du vieux Nice (commerces et restaurant dans la rue) mais calme

Cons: Equipements réduits (pas de torchon, de fond d'épicerie, de savon) et quelques réparations à faire (la porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas)
