Un cocon en plein centre ville ! 🏙️

Pros: Venue pour assister au Nice Jazz Festival, la situation géographique était parfaite car le studio est situé à seulement 15 min à pied de la promenade des anglais où se tenait le festival. Et si on n’aime pas marcher? Pas de souci, il y’a un tramway quasiment au pied du studio. Le quartier est très chouette! En plein cœur du vieux Nice, le Logement se trouve dans une ruelle piétonne et commerçante avec un supermarché à proximité ouvert même le dimanche. Pour autant on est perché tout là haut dans un calme absolu ! Un vrai cocon. Bonus pour Marc le propriétaire que je remercie pour la fluidité de l’échange, pour sa réactivité et sa flexibilité qui ont facilité mon séjour et l’ont rendu agréable. Je recommande volontiers ce studio et si je reviens à Nice je n’hésiterai absolument pas à y séjourner à nouveau.

Cons: Absolument rien! Même pas les escaliers à monter car le studio se trouve au dernier étage de l’immeuble

Pros: Jag tyckte att det var enkelt och smidigt. Läget är fantastiskt bra. Men best av allt var värden. Han hjälpte alltid till så fort de var minsta lilla med alltid glatt humör. Vi fick problem med spisen. Han kom och löste problemet utan några konstigheter samma dag. Grymt⭐️
