Pros: The location is very good. You are just around the corner of garibaldi station, where the L2 arrives from the airport. The street ist calmer then others in old town, but you are still right in it.

Cons: Everything was good. There were little things like not working lamps etc. but nothing really to complain about. We were very happy.

Great location

Pros: The location was great and the apartment offered the basic equipment needed! The staff is very helpful! I had a good time!

Cons: Loud and smoking neighbours, but this is not the properties fault ;)

Nice time had in Nice.

Pros: Very good location close to trams with luggage and loved the backstreet and cafes and restaurants. We had a great time in Nice and would recommend this apartment for a couple travelling. Just be aware there are about 40 steps in the building to get to the apartment was ok with my husband carrying the two suitcases but probably not good for the elderly or those that need a lift.

Cons: Although the apartment had a washing machine, providing a few washing capsules would have been appreciated as we had to go buy some. Nothing else otherwise great.

Great apartment, very hot in the peak of summer though

Cons: Very hot with no air conditioning and only one fan, made it difficult to stay in the apartment during the day

Terrific

Pros: A lovely, well-appointed apartment in Nice old town. Very atmospheric location, and very convenient. 10 mins by tram from main rail station and close to many attractions. Many restaurants and bars nearby, yet still peaceful. Very smart and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Not an issue for us, but access is via a few flights of stairs.

Pros: Bardzo dobry kontakt z obiektem, uzyskaliśmy bardzo szczegółowe informacje dotyczące opcji transportu z lotniska. Obiekt położony w centrum niedaleko przystanku tramwajowego. Podróż tramwajem na lotnisko ok. 30 min. Dorine, która przekazała nam klucze skontaktowała się z nami przed przyjazdem poprzez Whatsapp, byliśmy na bieżąco w kontakcie. Pomimo okresu sylwestrowego w mieszkaniu było cicho. Wyposażenie kuchni zapewniało niezbędny sprzęt do przyrządzania posiłków. Jest mała kawiarka oraz frenchpress. Wiele restauracji w pobliżu mieszkania. Spokojna bezpieczna dzielnica. Przy wyjeździe klucze mogliśmy zostawić w skrzynce.

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt schön zentral in der Altstadt. Eine tolle Wohnung.

Cons: Es könnte bessere Kopfkissen geben. Das ist der einzige Makel, den wir anzumerken haben. Der Rest war super!

Pros: Čistý, príjemný byt, dobre vybavený, výborná lokalita, blízko obchody, bary, restauracie, aj staré mesto.

Cons: Z balkóna bol výhľad na nepekný dvor, povaĺovali sa tam staré handry, nebolo príjemné tam sedieť. Ďalšia vec, tupé nožíky, ťažko bolo niečo s nimi nakrájať. Ak potrebujete po čase vymeniť uteráky za čisté, musíte si ich sami oprat v pracke, aj prášok si musíte kúpiť.
