Lovely Refurbished Apartment

Pros: This was the best apartment ever used. Special thanks to Alex for the assistance we received. Next time we visit Nizza w'll for sure to try to get the same apartment.

A home away from home.

Pros: We loved the location of the property. It is very easy to get to on the tramway direct from the airport. There is a tram stop very close by. There is also a bus stop within walking distance which we used on occasion. We used the trains a lot and the property is well located to access trains . There were lots of supermarkets and bakeries close by also. Above all , the owner and managers are very friendly and helpful.

It was an ideal spot to explore and enjoy Nice.

Pros: Loved the location. The property was well presented and spacious. Loved the views. Easy walk from the Railway Station and good communication from the manager.

Amazing Apartment

Pros: Feel fortunate to have chosen this apartment as it felt like being a guest in someone's home. Comfortable beds, beautiful furnishings and bathrooms. Apartment is very close to both local bus, trams and a short walk a main train station. Apartment is on 5th floor but there's a small lift to take luggage and carry you if you are tired from the day. Excellent clear communication from the apartment manager. Supermarket across the road and kitchen in apartment has pots, pans and everything needed for cooking. Also clothes washing machine, soap provided. A short walk to the promenade. You are spoilt for choice where to eat locally.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Pros: The apartment was clean, bright, and comfortable, it fully met my expectations. The host was attentive, and I’d also like to thank the girl who welcomed us at the apartment, Alex — she was very kind. I left with only good memories and nothing to complain about.

Absolutely wonderful!!

Pros: The best accommodation we have stayed in. The whole process was straightforward from start to finish. Communication was excellent and we really appreciated the early access and later check out. The appartement is absolutely gorgeous- immaculately clean and with good quality fittings. The view from the corner window is stunning and a lovely place to eat. It’s easily accessible by tram with a station just around the corner and a bus stop across the road. There are a couple of lovely boulangeries- cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance as is the Promenade des Anglais. There is a supermarket right across the road and a couple more 2/3 minutes away. We have had a wonderful few days here and would gladly return and recommend. Thank you Tracy and Alex for all your help- it’s been a pleasure dealing with you.

Fantastic Apartment, Exactly as Pictured

Pros: Lovely property, exactly as shown in the photos. The beds are comfortable, and the flat is spotlessly clean. The location is very central, in a lovely area with cafés nearby. The owner kindly allowed us a late check-out, so we didn’t have to wait long at the airport. I highly recommend this property!

Pros: It was tastefully decorated and spacious. The bathrooms were spotless and fully functional. Everything had been thought through by the host, and the communication, prior to arrival, included detailed instructions for getting to the apartment.
