Pros: we've spent 4 amazing days at this apartment and loved everything about it looks exactly like the pics or even better. kitchen is very well equiped: coffee, olive oil, vinegar, paper towels etc. it's cosy & quiet very clean. there's an elevator but remember there're few stairs. a lot of grocery stores around the corner. great park with playground and close to Colline du Château. tram stops just 5 min walk and you can get there by tram straight from the airport. concierge service was nice and smooth. hope to come back here some day

Pros: Exceptional hospitality from start to finish. Despite our flight arriving well after the official check-in time, the hosts personally welcomed us with drink and a snack, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment is modern, impeccably clean, very comfortable, and located in an excellent area. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything a guest may need, including a hair dryer, iron, and a completely equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances. Coffee and basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil were also provided. The interior is beautifully designed, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Throughout our stay, the hosts were consistently available via WhatsApp and responded promptly to all inquiries. Additionally, we were kindly offered a late check-out until our late-night flight, as there were no incoming guests.

Pros: Perfektní byla lokalita a vybavení bytu jako takového. Předávka klíčů proběhla bez problému i v pozdních večeních hodinách. Vše nám bylo vysvětleno a jako příjemný bonus na nás čekalo vychlazené prosecco. Byt je ve 3. patře s malým výtahem a pokud máte kočárek nebo velké kufry tak si trochu máknete po úzkých schodech. Byli jsme zde ubytováni s manželkou na 4 denní pobyt a bylo to optimální.
Cons: Kdybych měl něco zmínit tak to bude asi výhled z okna do oken bytů naproti, což se dalo vyřešit závěsy. Jinak bylo vše perfektní.

Great stay in Old Town Nice
Pros: Two women met us outside the door to give us the keys and to review various aspects of the apartment. We were able to get in a little bit earlier than the normal check-in time which we really appreciated after arriving from an overnight flight. Apartment was very clean and perfectly located in the Old Town section of Nice. We could easily walk to the beach, Cours Saleya market, restaurants, a small grocery store and the tram. Note: there is an elevator in the building to take you to the 3rd floor apartment but you must walk up stairs to get to the elevator and a few more once you get off the elevator.
Cons: There isn't a curtain or glass door on the shower and it was difficult to shower without getting water on the floor. We wished the apartment had luggage racks so we didn't have to leave our unpacked suitcases on the floor.

Beau séjour au cœur du Vieux Nice
Pros: Un très joli appartement décoré avec goût, confortable, propre et tranquille pour deux personnes avec tout le nécessaire pour passer plusieurs jours au cœur du Vieux Nice. Situé à proximité du tram, des restos et les épiceries fines. L'hôte nous a accueillis à l'avance puisque nous arrivions d'un vol outre mer, ce qui fut très apprécié!
Cons: Ayant loué pour 11 nuits nous avons déploré avec reçu qu'un set de serviettes par personne. L'hôte nous a indiqué que nous devions les laver mais étant en vacances laver et faire sécher des serviettes prend une peu trop de temps.

Great location. Pristine. Good for family. Cozy modern
Pros: Very clean. Flexible with entry time (and excellent communication). We were able to leave bags while they cleaned. Small but well designed. Comfy beds and my kids said the pull out was comfy too.
Cons: I didn’t love the communal area between the building door and getting to the apartment. Dark and a bit dingy. But the location was great, and inside the apartment was lovely.
