Nice la Belle

A convenient, warm and comfortable stay.

Pros: The location was good; it's not far from the station, shopping areas, restaurants the promenade and old town. The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa. The heating worked well and it was good to have a lift as the apartment is on the fourth floor. There is also a supermarket around the corner about one minute awa.

Cons: Generally the apartment was good although it could be smartened up a little. The clothes hanging facility could be improved.

Pros: Great location, walking distance of Nice’s shops, restaurants & the beach. Clean & comfortable. The host was really friendly & helpful.

Cons: We were there a week, so wanted to unpack. It lacked storage for clothes and the bedroom lighting was harsh with the switch outside the room. Bedside lights & wardrobe, chest of drawers would make it perfect.

Pros: Great location, spacious modern apartment, everything was perfect.

Pros: Good location, close to shops and a short walk to the tourist locations in the old town. Comfortable bed and sofa, nice and clean all round. Everything was provided and host was lovely.

Cons: No lamps only bright white lighting, no door on shower causing it to leak into bathroom, knives were quite blunt.

Pros: Clean and bright apartment. Everything you need to make it a perfect bolt hole to explore Nice and surrounding areas. 5 mins from trams stops.

Pros: The apartment is very well located as it is close to the railway station and to the Promenade des Anglais and only 7 km far away from the airport. There are also 2 supermarkets in the area. We enjoyed staying on the terrace in the morning and in the evening.

Spacious and quiet apartment with perfect location, loved that it had a balcony!

Pros: Very spacious and comfortable! The location was perfect for us, close to the station as we wanted to travel around and was a nice distance from the old town.

Prima verblijf in tamelijk basic appartement

Pros: Klein, nogal basic appartement in een mooie wijk. Prima bed, 160 breed. Host communiceert heel goed.

Cons: Douche komt nauwelijks water uit, je moet de handdouche gebruiken. Er is geen eettafel.

Great flat for a long or short stay!

Pros: Great place to stay! I'm not the typical renter as I was there for 3 weeks to take a language course at one of the local language schools and wanted a quick walk to the school. Great and comfortable flat and even better to be met in person by the host. This is another reason why I chose this specific flat! Has everything you need for a quick stay, or a longer one like mine. Having a lift in the building is a great bonus as well.

Cons: Another reviewer mentioned the lack of storage and I second that. But they provide hangers, more than enough towels, an iron, and a great washer to use to make up for it.
