Pros: Apartamento muy bonito y cómodo , con todo lo necesario.

Pros: The apartment is small but very well designed and equipped. We had everything we needed for our 3 day trip to Nice. The beach, even if it was not very close to the location was easily reachable - 15-20 mins walk through the lovely city streets.It was a really good deal for the money we paid.

Pros: Очень уютная и оснащенная квартира. Проживали неделю с 2 детьми, все прошло отлично. Практически все достопримечательности посетили пешком (мы любим гулять).

Cons: В квартире проводится очень посредственная влажная уборка, довольно много свалявшейся пыли в углах и под мебелью, так же на плинтусах и рамках электрических розеток. Это обстоятельство немного расстроило, тк при бронировании заплатили 60 евро за уборку.
