Pros: The agent is responsive and kind. They would do whatever they can to help us to understand the house as well as the city.We have a warm welcome from them and the checkin procedure is super easy. Kitchen is functional and its super close to a big supermarket. The room is what we expected as well. In summary, its worth to living here

Bon point de chute pour visite la côte d'Azur.

Pros: Bonne localisation à Nice. Equipements OK. Appartement calme. Proche de la Gare centrale.

Cons: Petit problème avec la clé de la porte d'entrée qui demande un peu d'habileté. Pas d’ascenseur dans le bâtiment.

Pros: Appartamento molto carino completo di tutto , Ottima posizione a 8 min a piedi dal centro . Ottima comunicazione con l’host .

Cons: Letto scomodo (materasso duro ) , c’è un lucernario sopra il letto non dotato di oscuramente , non adatto a chi piace dormire al buio .

Settimana invernale a Nizza

Pros: Posizione ottimale, vicina al centro e ad alcuni parcheggi a pagamento. L'appartamento è completo di comfort e molto grazioso. Ottimo wi-fi. Abbiamo apprezzato un sacco la lavastoviglie, visto che siamo in 4! Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Il prezzo è stato veramente conveniente.

Cons: Il terzo piano senza ascensore è impegnativo, ma per pochi giorni si può fare.
