Pros: An apartment typical of the French Riviera - very bright, furnished with a lot of white furniture, equipped with appliances specific to Mediterranean restaurants, close to the port and located above a shopping center with many stores, including Carrefour, Decathlon, and a large pharmacy. The host, Anthony, and his assistant, Kim, are very friendly people.

Beautiful view in walking distance of the sea shore

Pros: All was exceptional with one minor problem. We could not get the induction stove top to work, so we missed out on being able to prepare our meals. The compensation is that we found some good restaurants in walking distance. It would have also been more convenient to have a tea kettle in the kitchen.

Pros: L’appartement est bien agencé, lumineux et pratique. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand balcon. la résidence est calme. La gardienne et Barbara sont adorables.

Außergewöhnlich schön und super Lage!

Pros: Das Appartment ist sehr Modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt darunter ist ein großer Supermarkt und es sind ca.15 Minuten Fußweg zum Stadtzentrum.

Tolles Apartment, super Lage und wir kommen wieder :)

Pros: Alles war perfekt und genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir werden die Unterkunft jedem weiter empfehlen, der paar Nächte in Nizza verbringen möchte und selber nochmal wiederkommen! Lage ist super erreichbar, direkt darunter befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum mit einem großen Supermarkt. Die Gegend ist ruhig und das Apartment sauber und voll ausgestattet. Die Aussicht aus dem Balkon ist wunderschön! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Kontakt war einwandfrei :)

Cons: Nichts auszusetzen.
