Excellent apartment would stay again!

Pros: Walking distance to everything I needed. Supermarket right around the corner. Host was very attentive and responded quickly on WhatsApp to any issues. Modern bathroom and kitchen. Apartment had everything I needed!

Cons: WiFi stopped working for 2.5-3days. Host very responsive and even came around on. Sunday morning to help try and fix it. Space pretty limited when the sofa bed wasn’t packed away.

Pros: Everything inside was exactly as shown in the pictures—new, clean, and nicely furnished. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet neighborhood with a relaxing vibe. There are several great restaurants nearby, and having a Carrefour just around the corner was super convenient. One small issue came up with the bed sheets, but the staff was very helpful and resolved it quickly, which we really appreciated. The small balcony was one of my favorite spots, such a lovely place to enjoy a coffee or unwind in the evening. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

Convenient and comfortable

Pros: The apartment had all I needed, the bathroom was great good size, good shower, clean and bright. The little balcony was a bonus. I was there for work and the location was great.

Cons: Be aware this is a sofa bed and you have to move the furniture to set it up. Most of the crockery you need is there, but only one mug?! The kitchen sink did not have a working plug. It would have been nice to have some instructions about the stove, the AC (which was apparently running but didn't seem controllable and certainly didn't cool!) and I have no idea what the second remote control was for. But these are little things that meant I gave it 8 instead of 10. Also, the business next door has changed since the photo that goes with the check-in instructions was taken. Don't panic that you are at the wrong door!

Pros: Piccolo appartamento dotato di tutto. Posizione perfetta per visitare la città. A pochi passi dalle vie principali e comodo per i parcheggi lungo la strada se arrivate in auto. Zona tranquilla e dotata di servizi.

Pros: Tolle Unterkunft im Herzen von Nizza! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein schöner Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt und das Umland zu entdecken. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.

Klein aber fein

Pros: Wir fanden den kleinen, süßen Balkon und die Umgebung sehr schön. In nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichte man die Altstadt, und in 15 Minuten war man am Strand. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass ich vorab um eine Flasche Champagner gebeten hatte, die die Unterkunft freundlicherweise für mich besorgt hat. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür!

Cons: Die Unterkunft war recht klein , aber süss

Pros: Квартала. Красив, удобна локация, всичко е на пешеходно разстояние.

Cons: Депозита. СЛЕД резервацията която е с невъзвръщаема стойност ви искат 800 евро депозит. Много неприятна изненада. При мен удръжки нямаше. Но не ми стана приятно, все бях нс тръни дали ще ми възстановят парите.
