MY CASA - FOCH - Superb Suite w AC Downtown

We had a lovely time staying at this property. Would definitely book it again.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary accommodations like towels, kitchen utensils, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine, olive oil, salt, even a beach towel, etc. Additionally, the location was great and the staff helpful.

Pros: The location was very convinient, close to the city center, train station Nice Village, trams and all kind of shops, boulangeries and restaurants. Apartament was equipped with hair dryer, iron, washing mashine and dishwasher. The starter kit contained detergents that were needed to use washing mashine and dishwasher - it was very nice to have those. I liked the apartament, in the kitchen/living room area there is a lot of sun and the bedroom is quite dark, so the sun didnt wake us. The bed was comfortable so we slept very good.

Cons: We stayed 6 nights and there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper, which was not enough for that period of time and seemed cheap. Giving extra 2 rolls isnt very expensive for the company and would make a nice difference to us (we had to buy whole package of 6 rolls, so I hope someone will make a use of them!). Also it would be great if there were some baisic kitchen products like an olive oil, pepper, salt, which have long expiration date, but are not so convinient to buy just for few days - it also makes nice addition and it usually can be found in vacation apartaments. I was also suprised by the fact that there was no option to leave our bags for storage at the place where we collected the keys. It is not mandatory for agencies to have this option, but again I usually find this as a standard if the apartament is not self check-in. These are all „nice-to-have”s - consider this as some minor comments based on my expiriences.

Pros: Lokalizacja 10/10 warunki do mieszkania extra, polecam jeśli cenisz sobie wygodę, dobre knajpy, i klimat.

Cons: Zapach w pokoju był uciążliwy po wywietrzeniu było ok.

Abbiamo passato qualche giorno in relax e abbiamo dormito in letti confortevoli. Soggiorno ok

Pros: Letti molto comodi e posizione strategica. Semplice la procedura di consegna e restituzione chiavi. Sollecite risposte alle mie richieste.

Cons: Se devo trovare un neo, necessiterebbe fornire un asciugapiatti e magari anche qualche capsula per caffè e qualche bustina di thè per le prime necessità. Sarebbe gradito un canale TV in italiano.

Klein aber fein und super ausgestattet

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und doch recht zentral gelegen und sie verfügt einfach über wirklich alles was man braucht, Kaffeemaschine, Sonnenschirm, kleine Geschirrspülmaschine und auch ein Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine und noch vieles mehr. Wirklich toll durchdacht.

Pros: Lokalizacja świetna, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji i przystanków komunikacji publicznej. Duże, wygodne łóżko ze świeżą pościelą, lokal wyposażony w niezbędne podczas wyjazdu urządzenia i przedmioty, czysto i przytulnie.
