A home away from home

Pros: The apartment felt very secure (three door codes to access it). For a couple, the apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room/dining room has plenty of space, the TV provides a wide range of channels, and the heating system effectively kept us warm for our December visit. The apartment is ideally located near the train station, public transit, shopping and restaurants, and is a 20 minute walk to the beachfront. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and requests.

Cons: The only down side is the lack of view to the outside as the ground level windows look out to the side of the tall building next door. This is not a big deal for visitors who plan to be out most of the time.

Pleasant stay

Pros: It was a pleasant stay, the location is good, near to the railway station, a lot of grocery shops and cafes nearby. About 15 minutes walk to the beachfront. I really liked that there always was a hot water and we didn't need to wait until it warms up. Easy to check-in.

Cons: It was pretty moist in the apartment when we arrived, needed to use air conditioner to warm up the room and make the air not so moist. The first night it was unpleasant to sleep because the bedding was also moist and cold.

Pros: It was a good size apartment, had all the facilities se needed and in a great location, very close to transport links a d lots of places to eat, drink and shop, easy check in process too

Cons: Nothing at all, great stay!

Excellent apartment located very centrally off Jean Medecin Main Street -close to Nice Ville station

Pros: Very well located apartment just off Main Street of Jean Medecin- very secure and clean with excellent self catering facilities. Comfy and very clean.

Cons: Natural light in apartment not great but didn’t take from stay . No facility to store bags pre or post check in or checkout - used Radical Storage/Bounce facilities near by.

Pros: Apartment is modern and very clean. Location is great, 15 min walk to city center, tram and train are quite close. Supermarket also near. Host are super nice and reachable.

Cons: I would suggest some more kitchen utensils for families who prefer to cook in the house.

Pros: It is in a very good location, quiet, we were satisfied with the apartment, clean, comfortable.

A strategic point to explore Nice

Pros: The strategic location just few meters from public transport and the city’s shopping center

Cons: The lack of daylight and the apartment’s view due to the ground floor

Decent choice

Pros: Location was good, short walk to everywhere. Appartment was clean. All facilites worked.

Cons: Little misunderstanding with check-in, had to call for instructions.

Pros: Appartment very close to the center of the town. Building in quiet street but close to shops and communications.

Perfect stay

Pros: The beds are high quality, very comfy, there is everything you need in the flat(fridge, hob,microwave, kettle, aircon, hair dryer,ironing board and iron).Very clean, furnished to a nice standard. The location is great, the train station is 5mins walk, the tram station is 10mins, the beach is approx 15mins walk. Plenty of shops/restaurants/supermarkets around.

Cons: Just need a mirror by the entrance door as the only mirror was in the bathroom.
