Mediterranee - un trois pièces à deux pas de la plage

Pros: Location is excellent. Very close to the beach. The place is 2 squares from the Negresco (a landmark hotel), very close to the Old Town. Parking: I was afraid I would be troubled with the parking, however you can always find a place to park on the street max 4-5 squares away; this solves the problem of parking overnight. However during workdays/workhours you are only allowed to stay 2-3 hours.

Cons: The elevators, there were two, however really old and could only take 2 persons at a time. Given the room is on the 6th floor this was an inconvenience. Also it could be that the pickup point for they key would be located closer to the room.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to our friends.

Pros: Great location and beautifully kept apartment. Host was very responsive - personally delivered the key to us at the train station, responded to our questions almost instantaneously.

Perfect location. Excellent air conditioned property right on the Promenade des Anglais.

Pros: Perfect location. Excellent apartment with air conditioning very easy to use. Elevator/Lift and a very secure property. Small balcony but really good blinds/shutters/canopy so you can regulate the amount of sun heat coming in. Everything you need in the kitchen and starter items like coffee pods, toilet paper etc. so you can settle in and go shopping later.

Cons: The only issue is street noise and occasional yapping dogs. Friday and Saturday the street is busy and we are not late night party goers so there was a bit of late night revellers. Also I am not a dog person and barking yapping dogs are just a nuisance.

Pros: great experience, the apartment has everything you need to enjoy it

Great boutique apartment, on an atmospheric street a stone’s throw from the beach

Pros: Location, kitchen facilities, lounge/dining area, balcony

Cons: It would be helpful to have instructions for cooking appliances, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher etc. wifi login and password, garbage disposal

Pros: Meget centralt. Der var hvad vi skulle bruge Rent og pænt Flink ejer som hjalp med vores spørgsmål Fik lov at tjekke senere ud 🌞

Cons: Der manglede aircondition i det ene værelse Lidt varmt på altanen da afkøleren til aircondition stod derude og blæste med meget varm luft.

Super Lage und tolle Ausstattung in einem gepflegten Appt.

Pros: Die Vor-Ort Partnerin Kirsi war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die erste Kontaktaufnahme über die Plattform für das ins Haus kommen war etwas hakelig aber mit der Nr von Kirsi lief alles. Die Lage ist super, gut zu Fuß in die Altstadt und zum Strand sowieso. (Super)Märkte, Restaurants und Läden alles drumrum. Sehr Gut ausgestattetes Apptmt, zwar klein aber gut organisiert.

Cons: Das zweite Schlafzimmer könnte auch eine Aircondition haben aber die Temperatur war ok.
