Couples holidays!

Pros: This apartment is in a great location! Very close to the beach, many restaurants and city centre. The rail station is less than 15 min walk. It was clean. The host very responsive. We walked everywhere. The AC is in every room. It is strong. The view from the balcony is lovely. We enjoyed it!

Cons: The tapas bar in the building beside the gate, where we ate 1st night was the only bad restaurant we experienced in Nice. Very Small portions and high prices.

Excellent stay!

Pros: Perfect location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, with a lovely balcony and sea view. Anthony and Corinne were great hosts — friendly, responsive, and helpful. We’d definitely stay again!

Cons: Everything was great — the only small downside was perhaps the kitchen which was compact (though well equipped) and the limited storage space in the bedrooms.

Excellent accommodations. Stay here when in Nice!

Pros: Full apartment with everything we needed and is a wonderful location. Very safe place to be. Anthony and Corinne were very hospitable. Anthony communicated with us before , during and after our stay, gave us so much information on things to do. I would recommend this place to everyone…

Great apartment for a carefree stay in Nice.

Pros: Close proximity to beach, shopping, dining, sights….All walkable. Apartment was clean, updated and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Host was super helpful and gracious.

Pros: In der Wohnung sind alle Gegenstände für das tägliche Leben vorzufinden - Kühlschrank, Herd, Microwelle, Waschmaschine, Geschirr, etc. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für das Sightseeing und auch Strandbesuch hervorragend geeignet. Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Strasse und in näherer Umgebung.
