Overall, a lovely apartment in a very good location.

Pros: Very good kitchen and a superb terrace. The lounge was very comfortable.

Cons: No cot was available and we had to bring a travel cot.

Pros: We enjoyed the apartment - it had everything necessary there and the terrace was just perfect with nice weather. The host were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend the apartment!

Perfect stay in Nice

Pros: Location is perfect distance to the train station, and about a 10 minute walk to the promenade and lots of good restaurants. The host and owner were both kind and very helpful. The terrace is great in the evenings. Beds were very comfortable ☺️

Cons: We couldn’t have the air conditioning on while out of the apartment, but this was made clear to us. It is understandable and similar to having a key that powers in other places.

We loved the stay, the apartment, the experience.

Pros: Nice, clean and spacious property, large and well equipped kitchen, bedrooms with air-con and comfortable beds, huge balcony with barbecue grill and lovely settee if you like your breakfast or coffee outdoors, nice and specious bathroom.

Cons: the air-con in the leaving area didn't work it my need refilling, on our last evening the lift broke down- unfortunately

Pros: 管理人さんが親切で、常に連絡が取れて安心出来ました。写真で見たとおりの明るく、清潔で、水回りも問題なく、特に台所は広くて設備も整い、調理をするのに適していました。全てに大満足！また来たいと思えるアパートメントでした。

Cons: 入りのドアを開ける際に、鍵穴が硬くて周りにくく、コツを掴むのに時間がかかりました。安全面からは良いのかもしれませんが（笑）

Schönes Apartment mit schöner Dachterrassr und Blick über Nizza

Pros: Wir hatten einen tollen Blick über die Dächer von Nizza in einer großzügigen Wohnung mit schöner Dachterrasse. Der Kontakt zu Thierry und Daniel waren sehr nett. Sie haben sich toll um alles gekümmert. Vielen Dank!

Pros: Thierry und Daniel waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof, Supermarkt und Strand. Appartement perfekt für 4 Personen, sehr gemütlich, super Terrasse, toll ausgestattete Küche.

Cons: Manche Sesseln auf der Terrasse sind schon sehr verbraucht, Achtung bei der Benutzung. Lästig war die automatische Bewässerung auf der Terrasse, denn danach stand immer das Wasser am Boden. Es war grundsätzlich sauber, ist aber Luft nach oben. Das Licht im Badezimmer beim Waschbecken hat nicht funktioniert.
