Perfect location and ok accommodation for a few days

Pros: Perfect location in the so called golden triangle of Nice, just a few minutes from the beach. Easily accessible from the airport. Many shops and restaurants around. Reliable concierge services. The apartment is situated on the sixth floor of a traditional Nice building with view over a similar building. There is an elevator. The apartment corresponds to the description provided.

Cons: We just spent 14 days there so we had plenty of time to appreciate the facilities. We know the area very well and have stayed over time in various types of accommodations. In this particular case, we found it cumbersome to only have one key, we hadn’t realized (our mistake) that there’s no proper dedicated place to eat, we definitely missed a more comfortable sofa or armchairs. For us it would have been an ok choice and experience for a couple of days but not for almost two weeks especially during the winter period where we obviously spent more time indoor. Everything is functioning but there’s definitely room for improvement - for instance the refrigerator is awfully noisy, the bed pillows are terrible, the general condition of the furniture is so so meaning that you should not be too picky on the cleaning of the couch, the carpet and don’t have the bad idea to look at the brush of the vacuum cleaner. Just not a good match for us. That’s the tricky thing with these apartments you can read all the reviews you want, there’s no classification and you don’t really know what you get until you arrive. Anyway they try their best to assist but for us it was not a wise choice. In the same street we have had much better experiences for a similar price level in for instance apartment hotels that are more comfortable, where you get a real service (cleaning, changing of towels and bed sheets), a proper place to eat, a lobby where you can possibly meet with people, two keys. In short so many additional small things that make a great difference during a longer stay. All the above is written with the consideration to provide a fair and reasonable review to both the owner and to future visitors. We had initially booked another place in the old city apparently run by the same group of people and we were definitely happy to eventually find this apartment instead that is this area that has always been our favorite.

Pros: L’emplacement, la propreté et l’équipement de la cuisine.

Cons: Une seule petite chose à signaler : Il devrait y avoir une table et des chaises pour manger. Nous avons dû entrer celles du balcon à l’intérieur.

Pros: Loistosijainti, aivan rannan kulmassa. Lähellä useita hyviä ravintoloita. Kiva kämppä.

Highly Recommended Apartment

Pros: It has the best location just about 20 metres from the promenade with all the restaurants close by. Even the shopping centre was 10-15 min walk. The staff was really helpful and checked on how things were and wanted to support whenever required.

Cons: Not really much of a complaint. I think the sofa in the living room could be a little cleaner. The shower head had an issue, which the staff told me they will get it fixed.

Pros: Balkongen, läget, inredning, välstädat och vacker lägenhet i Centrala Nice, dessutom enkel incheckning! Hade gärna köpt ett sånt här ställe själv!

Cons: Nytt kylskåp kanske behövs!

Cons: Ilmalämpöpumput olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa eivät toimineet. Yöllä oli liian kuuma.
