Pros: I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-located. Communication was smooth, and the instructions were clear. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable! I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: A very nice (in NICE, hahaha) apartment SUPER close to the sea and all major attractions, restaurants etc. It's literally 1 minute from the beach, so you can basically walk there in your swimsuit without any trouble. Fully furnished inside with everything you need (kitchen, sitting room, bathroom etc.), obviously recently renovated, all in very good condition. A small but cosy balcony, powerful AC, washing machine with drying, dishwasher... basically everything you need for a vacation time. The apartment is perfect for a solo trip or a couple (maybe with one kid), not so sure about more people — it's not that large. The window faces another building quite close by, but that wasn't a problem: there are blackout curtains for privacy and you don't spend too much time in the apartment when the sea is so close anyway. The host doesn't bother you apart from arrival/checkout process, so you have your privacy all to you.

Cons: 1. Be careful to READ THOROUGHLY the arrival instructions in the messages they send you one day before. There is no problem getting keys if you follow the instructions, but it can be tricky if you don't. Also, make sure you have internet/voice connection when you arrive as the process involves being in touch with the host that very moment. 2. The sink in the bathroom can get clogged but that is easily solved with applying some anti-clogging liquid (there was some in the apartment). 3. What I really missed is a sponge-/soap-holder in the shower. Just a cheap plastic one installed on the shower rack would be really good. 4. The pillows provided are rather small, so if you're used to proper ones it may cause you trouble. 5. Some power sockets didn't work (one of each two in the living room beside the sofa for example), however there are many of them so you'll find another.

Perfect location and apartment for a couple

Pros: The location. Literally across the beach, central to everything. Great AC, which was very much welcome in August in Nice. Elegant decor.

Cons: The apartment is very small for 3/4 people. It is perfect for a couple, for more is not comfortable as the living room where the sleeping couch is is very small.

Pros: Good location, easy to get in and out of island. Beautiful hotel, nice breakfast and location

Pros: Excellent location, lots of utensils in the kitchen, cute balcony

Cons: The process for getting in on arrival is a bit convoluted and took us about 20 mins

Pros: The location is very good. Apartment small but comforble.

Cons: The dishwashing machine was not working and they told me after i payed, bulding doesn’t look so good.

Pros: Good location. Comfortable and spacious accommodation. The host was helpful and provided good communication. Everything we needed was provided.

Cons: There was an awful smell coming from the kitchen sink. And the shower was not very clean.

Great little apartment and excellent location.
