Great stay with a perfect location, comfortable apartment, and a fantastic restaurant downstairs.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this property in Nice. The location was perfect—just two minutes from the sea, and the apartment itself was comfortable, with air conditioning and a lovely balcony. A standout feature was the amazing restaurant, Tapas Z, located right in the building, which made dining a breeze. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

Cons: The only downside was that there were no basic cooking products available, like you typically find in rentals. I had to purchase even minor essentials like sponges.

Bon sejour

Pros: Très bon emplacement. A 20 m de la promenade des Anglais et de la rue de France avec tous les commerces et beaucoup de restaurants. Proche également du tram ligne 2 ou du bus sur la Promenade. Appartement bien équipé. Immeuble ancien sécurisé.

Cons: Dommage qu'il n y ait pas de vue du fait de l'immeuble en face mais on le savait au vu des photos. Chambre petite - difficile de circuler autour du lit. La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement en particulier la douche. Du bruit à signaler du fait de l'accès livraisons de l hôtel Westminster située en face de l immeuble en particulier le camion de ramassage du linge (de minuit à plus de 1h00 du matin)
