La Prom 2 - a two bedroom apartment with a sea view

Pros: Excellent central location on Promenade des Anglais, close to Carras tram station, only 10 minutes from Nice airport. Lovely sea views to wake up to each morning. Good size refrigerator. Very good air conditioning in 36°C heat. Good rail connections to Cannes or Monaco.

Cons: Address given as 223 Avenue de Californie, hard to find. Entrance is actually at 303 Promenade des Anglais, which is easy to find when you know it.. Had we been given this at the start it would have helped a lot, saved us searching for it in the midday heat with luggage in tow. Quirky layout with bathroom upstairs, & toilet downstairs, next to the kitchen.

Stunning views!

Pros: The accommodation has the most perfect views - it is conveniently located right opposite to the beach so even if it rains (like it did when we visited Nice), you can enjoy the views from inside! There's a tram station right outside the accommodation as well as supermarkets in easy access. Kirsi who checked us in and kept communicating throughout was lovely and easy to coordinate with.

Cons: The door to one of the bedrooms was broken so we didn't have privacy.

One of the best stay experience so far.

Pros: Great option for staying in Nice. Great location, very near to the bus or tram station, there are supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. The view is exceptional, large balcony that we were sitting and chilling every morning. You can see the beautiful sunrise from there as well.

Pros: Great apartment right opposite the beach lovely views. Really well equipped in the kitchen. Bedrooms good sizes close to supermarkets.

Cons: We thought they could replace the glass on the verandah it was hard to see through with all the cracks. The downstairs toilet was a little annoying through the night as there was only a bathroom upstairs no toilet. Small issue really.

Pros: Best place to spend a few days in Nice!! I just can recommande you. Very friendly host!

Příjemně strávený čas

Pros: Naše dovolená v apartmánu byla úžasná! Prostorný, plně zařízený a čistý apartmán, v klidné části města, s krásným výhledem na promenádu a moře. letadla z blízkého letiště nás vůbec nerušila. skvělá dostupnost do centra tramvají nebo busem. kavárny a restaurace v blízkém okolí rádi se opět vrátíme. Děkujeme.

I can reccomand it to others

Pros: The location was perfect, very close to the airport, with a beach in front of the property.

Cons: One minor detail, the socket for the internet roater was a bit sensitive. It was easily possible to unexpectedly turn of the internet.

Magnifique séjour à Nice

Pros: La vue sur mer est magnifique, les équipements, les transports juste à côté. La plage en face de l'appartement est top. J'ai adoré la ville de Nice

Cons: La vitre du balcon était comme cassée, c'est dommage. Les toilettes en bas alors que les chambres à coucher sont à l'étage. Mais ce n'était pas bien grave.

Pros: Отличная квартира и ее расположение. Вид из окна шикарен. Рядом остановка трамвая, большой магазин и вкусная кофейня через дорогу. Чуть бы получше уборку, а в целом идеально. Вернемся!

Pros: Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Sehr geräumig. Die Küche gut ausgestattet und wir haben super geschlafen. Morgens wurden wir mit dem Meerblick belohnt. Sehr zentral zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gelegen. Am Anfang der Promende de Angles.

Cons: Gab nichts.
