Pros: The host is very very friendly and so nice and beautiful, the house is so clean and newly renovated. The location is just beside the tram and walking distance to the beach. Spacious rooms, Carrefour supermarket and pharmacy nearby.

Good size, spotless apartment, with great public transport access.
Pros: Location is very good for access to Nice centre (metro outside door - about 15/20 mins into centre, 10 mins to airport) and also just a 3 minute walk to the promenade/beach. 2 minute walk to Carrefour supermarket and there are some local bakeries, restaurants all around. Apartment itself was spotlessly clean, 2 decent sized bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and a good sized comfortable sitting room (nice large TV with all apps etc). Good sized balcony runs the length of the apartment and gets sun for much of the day.
Cons: Nothing. This is a very pleasant property. Only point is that it’s not in the centre/old town so need to use public transport (which is very good, cheap and frequent). So it’s a balance of where you want to be located.

Fantastic!
Pros: The apartment is amazing — recently renovated, beautifully decorated, and very well located. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Public transportation is just around the corner, with both tram and bus options that can take you anywhere in the city, which makes it very convenient. Getting there from the airport is also super easy. The beach is literally across the street, which was a highlight for us. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, leaving everything perfectly prepared for our arrival — including a bottle of white wine, some fruits, and coffee capsules. These details made us feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to make the most of their time in Nice while still feeling at home.

Pros: The location was perfect a few minutes walk to the beach, 6/7 tram stops to the airport , train station 3 stops. We liked the apartment, all clean and new. When we arrived there was fresh fruit on the dining table, waffles and a nice bottle of wine. The responsiveness of the host on our questions was excellent I would definitely stay again in this apartment when visiting Nice

Super leilighet med god beliggenhet om en har tenkt å reise rundt til omkringliggende steder og byer.
Pros: Fin leilighet i tredje etasje. Ett bad med toalett og ett toalett, to soverom og stue med sovesofa. Vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, kaffemaskin og kjøl og frys i ett. Hårføner på badet. To minutter til trikken så sentralt i forhold til forflytning. Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende vert!
Cons: Litt liten seng til to voksne mennesker og madrassene er vesentlig hardere enn vi er vant til.

Sehr angenehme Aufenthalt
Pros: Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend: nahe zum Flughafen, das Meer und der Strand sind vor der Haustür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch Streetfood - alles befindet sich in der unmittelbarer Nähe, Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist frisch renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Man findet in der Wohnung und in der Küche alles was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage ist perfekt und für jeden Raum separat einstellbar. Ein Balkon mit einem Wäscheständer ist auch vorhanden. Es gibt auch ein zusätzliches WC was bei mehreren Personen sicherlich sehr praktisch ist. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Cons: Nur als Merker: auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man die Straßenbahn und die Flugzeuge. Uns hat es nicht gestört.
